Poor excuse for a museum. We had pre-purchased tickets and it should have been a simple process to show them the downloaded sheet. It was not. We have visited museums in many Capital cities and this was a very bad experience. Mostly their refusal to honor our prepaid tickets, but the selection of artists was severely limited and the number of works very limited.

Ticket easily purchased at box office and guide provided by museum better than yours. So next time will use Museum. No more comments required. Annoying !
One of the highlights of our visit to Milan, beautiful building and extraordinary collection of modern art.
The museum itself is great, I loved the collection, and the audioguide was informative, but the view of the Duomo... Stunning! It is definitely worth the entry ticket. Be careful as the Tripadvisor vouchers aren't the admission tickets. Tickets were sent via WhatsApp.
I've been there a couple of weeks ago, and it is an unmissable for all the art lovers. The audio guide for the venue was pretty good.
Great museum and informative audioguide! We got our tickets via whatsap the day before and downloaded the audioguide on our own phones which made it quite flexible!
Lijepo iskustvo, bez prevelikih gužvi/čekanja. Lijepa tura i umjetnine, cijene nisu previsoke te nude studentske popuste.
Watch out! Tickets not valid via this site! Access was denied at the entrance and we had to buy tickets and they are 3X cheaper (5 euros)
A scam we have not got the tickets and the PDF they send is invalid you have to do flips to get it valid
It takes some time and the beauty of this transparent tower makes all its charm and effect on the Duomo di Milano
We both liked the museum. However, the price here is really a rip-off, on site tickets cost 5€ or 3€ for students and we paid 27€ online here.
the museum was very good ... but don’t expect an audio guide of the exhibition there is none! Too bad to buy something that doesn’t exist
Up to 25 years you do not pay. In 4 we paid €16. Museum on several floors very interesting. Correctly guided. Some paintings were missing as often happens. However fantastic experience.
Very nice and interesting Struck by De Chirico's works of almost moving beauty After visiting the Duomo it is also worth visiting this Museum which is just a stone's throw away
fixed stage If you are Milan even passing through you have to go. everyone knows him, everyone knows where he is (piazza Duomo 8) and everyone has gone there at least once in his life (even if only to take a picture with the cathedral behind him)
I really liked the museum, and how it was laid out. I found many interesting works, I entered without the Guide, but it was definitely worth it
The ticket is not valid. The museum doesn't get the money back. There was no one at the counter and the seller, very nice explained the scam and still gave us an entrance ticket.
No tickets received following the reservation made from Paris. Following exchanges of emails with an on-site link, we received tickets at 12pm for a tour at 11am while on the order it was specified entry: 2 p.m.! We paid 27 euros for this service: - entries for 2 people.... with audio guides. Problem, no audio guide at Novecento since Covid. Price of 1 entry: 3 euros (over 65 years old) Conclusion: So we lost 21 euros and the pleasure of negotiating to enter the museum at 2 p.m. with tickets for 11 a.m.
