She was super sweet, attentive and concerned about me not getting a tour. So she checked with her boss and made an exception to get me on her bus that was going to Lake Como, Bellagio and Lugano. Ornella was an excellent tour guide. The day to lake como was so beautiful. Varena and Bellagio was so beautiful. Our guilds Ornella was great giving us so much information. The best place to eat, go and get the best pictures. We had such a great time. The tour company was on time, the coach very comfortable. We did not need to worry about the ferry transfers. Very well organised thank you for a fab experience.

The pickup point very busy but our tour guide had flags Matteo was very professional and a lovely tour guide. We enjoyed our trip and would recommend. The trip home on the bus was long as traffic was really bad train trips would be good. We had enough time for lunch, drinks and shopping very beautiful.

The tour guide is attentive and knowledgeable. The tour is about 11 hours including travel time. We stopped at two different towns along the lake and had a good time. Highly recommended.

The tour was fantastic. Monica has such a great personality and is very knowledgeable about Milan and Lake Cuomo. She was clear and concise and made the tour a lot of fun and insightful. Our bus broke down so we needed to take the train home. Both Monica and Ulma made sure they took care of every guest. I would recommend this tour to anyone - not the broken bus part but all of the rest. :-)!

I had a wonderful experience at Lake Como. Everything was very well planned and organized, and the location was absolutely beautiful. The only thing I was expecting a little more of was guided touring once we arrived. There was quite a bit of free time, and much of the information was given verbally ahead of time. I would have appreciated having more guided activities or someone accompanying us to explain and show us more of the area while we were there. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I truly enjoyed my time at Lake Como. With a little more guided exploration, I think the experience could be even more memorable.

A well organised day with a personable and knowledgeable guide. We enjoyed the boat rides that offered great views and a nice glass of wine at Bellagio and Vareena.

Matteo and Alfio (aka Mario & Luigi) were great. A really nice way to end our Italian vacation. Beautiful scenery. Love the lake Como cruise. Comfortable setting even for my 85 yr old mother.

Matteo was an excellent tour guide! He made sure everyone got to the boats and bus and communicated very well! It was a great tour, lake Como was beautiful and Matteo is SO knowledgeable! Luigi (bus driver) was great! Don’t knkw how he manages to squeeze around the turns but he does!

We had a lovely day! The towns we went to were beautiful, Matteo our guide was great, as was our driver Gianluca who got us round some right bends in the bus with no issues!

Gianlucca the driver was very safe and Mateo our guide was excelente. Dry competent, knowledgeable, personable, and always aware of how and where we were. Excellent experience to have an all encompassing taste of Como and its surrounding villages.

The tour was great: meeting point very easy to find, great tour guide Maia, driver very safe and the best is that they give you great info. The bus travels 1.5 hour and leaves the group in Bellano where the ferry is taken as a group. Then you travel in ferry to Bellagio and you have 2 hours in Bellagio on your own. After that you regroup and take another ferry to Varenna and have another 2 hours on your own. Then again you regroup to take the last ferry back to Bellano where we met our bus to take us back to Milan’s meeting point. It was the perfect day around Lake Como’s most famous picturesque cities.

Mariacristina was amazing , so gentle and nice and love how she recommended things . Nico is an amazing driver. The price for it all was right on point too. If i could book with them again for other experiences i would right away. The only thing is the meeting point was confusing . There was a-lot of buses and different people telling ua wait here thats not your bus. Luckily Maria and others reached out via call and text and guided us. We respect them for that and appreciated that very much. Job very well done. Gracie mucho

Out guide Luigi was very knowledgeable, funny and accommodating. The itinerary leaves you enough time to explore Bellagio and Varenna. It was a wonderful excursion from the moment we left the meeting point.
