Lake Como, Bellagio And Lugano From Milan With Private Boat Tour

This tour was very comprehensive, covering the main parts of Lake Como and the beautiful Lake Lugano. It was a short bus journey from Milan (1hour) so plenty of time able to be spent in Bellagio, Lugano and Como. It didn’t feel rushed at all. The scenery was spectacular. Our tour guide, Anna, was enthusiastic and very attentive to our needs. She was great , as was our driver Donata who was able to get around some pretty tight corners and narrow streets. Highly recommend anyone to book this tour for an unforgettable experience.

This tour was very clear and concise thanks to Gabriel and Paolo, they were very direct with the importance of being punctual so we didn’t miss any Ferry’s or buses and also made sure no one was left behind. They also gave a very light and positive experience during the whole tour making everyone feel welcomed, their English and Spanish were exceptional!Also, Davide’s driving were phenomenal, honestly don’t know how he drove such a big bus in really tight spaces. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone who is travelling to Italy.

We got moved to the Lake Como with Bellagio trip due to not enough participants. The Lake Como tour was great! Our guides Micheal and Sarah were superb in communicating what we would see and as we were a small group of 27, we also got to stop at Como in addition to Bellagio. Even though it was over cast and rainy, our leader’s spirits were high and the trip was fun. They pointed out famous villas on the lake and explained the area with some history and gave fantastic recommendations for a delicious lunch! A long day but so filled with great memories!

If you are reading this, it is your sign not to book this tour. The tour is a scammed. They included on the voucher that Switzerland was included, but we did not go to Switzerland and did not get some of our fees since Switzerland was not part of the tour.

The tour in tge berniba train is full day for 2 hours un a train. Also st moritz is only for extreme rich people nothing special for simple citizens. Zanaggu viajes was not organized well the tour.

The spectacular views were stunning. The rest of the tour was very disappointing. For a start, even though we thought Switzerland was included ( and it still says that above on this review request) it was not. The private boat was old and the single (tiny) bathroom provided for the packed boat was putrid, dirty and disgusting. The second boat trip was on public transport, which was only a few euros. Cost saving? The tour was advertised as being in English language. The guide was Italian and his accent was so strong that the English speaking participants could barely understand what he was saying. We missed many landmarks because of this. We were dropped off in Bellagio and Como with little information and told to return within an hour and a half. In Como, we walked a distance to the centre square, and given the name of the statue then offered a chance to see a church. Very few took the option. No information was given about what else there was to do or see except visit cafes. The tour was 11 hours. Apart from the scenery, quite boring if you didn't understand Italian.

The lake views were outstanding. Our guide, Eugene, was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. The only complaint we had was at the end we were expecting transportation back to our hotel as we had hotel pickup option.

We had a fabulous time on the tour. Monica was the best. Very informative and personable. We would book another tour with her in a heartbeat. Thanks again for a great time.

The bus was nice, the "tour guide was awful. Her English was not always understandable & this was supposed to be an English tour. There was no guidance. She told us where we were going a few times on the bus, but no detail other than, "there is a public park where families like to spend the day." The drive to Lugano, Switzerland took about an hour. The tour guide & the bus driver chatted in Italian most of the time, gesturing & laughing. Our first stop in Lugano was at a church which was lovely. She said nothing, not a word about the church & then we left. She took us on a speed walk through town, losing half the group & not looking back. We slowed down at a chocolate shop. Before we got off the bus she said, we would have a tour, eat samples & could purchase items if we wanted. At the door, she said we could visit it on our own free time. She ran us through the rest of the streets, found a spot which she identified as the meeting place & gave us 2.5 hours of free time. That is a lot of the day! When we all met back on time, the bus was not there. She called the driver finally & he showed about about 15 minutes late. We were driven to Como & again, a much faster speed walk/run through town, but it was 2:00 & 90 degrees in full sun. It took about 30 minutes to walk to the pier for the "boat ride." It turned out to be the water ferry in Comp & we'd obviously missed it & she still had to buy tickets. She didn't share this information but told us we had free time until 3. We came back at 3 & the ferry was late. The staff let All the waiting public on the ferry first, I don't know why & we were allowed on last. The boat was full & some people had to stand until others got off at the next stop. Not the boat ride we expected, but the location was lovely. There were no comments from the guide. When we left the ferry, the bus wasn't there so she told us we had 20 minutes of free time. By the time we got on the bus, the interior was 38.6 C or 100 Fahrenheit. What a miserable trip back. We found some things we enjoyed through the day, Lugano was lovely, but overall, this was a mess without any guidance.

I am truly disappointed. I paid for a trip which was supposed to take 12 hours, took only 9. I paid for a 90 minutes long cruise on private boat an sightseeing, but didn’t get anything. Everybody in a bus load 100 euro for being stack in a bus for 6 hours. Furthermore guides didn’t want to take responsibility for hour trip being cancel out, and they were truly rude. Company doesn’t want to refund money to anyone, that’s simple a scam, Hope you won’t buy it.

It was a wonderful tour but too rushed in Lake Como. More time needed to explore or have the guide slow down. Guide was knowledgeable and attentive.

Your Turist guide was so rushing and running which was not normal Any other group around us was not like that Horrifying experience I would not recommend this to anyone else Plus I have talked to other people in the group they have the same opinion!!

Wish we had more time in Lugano. Maybe the tour should leave an hour earlier to add that time. Also wish our tour guide would have used radios for the Lake Como boat ride so we could understand more about the area. Group was all split up because of other people on board.

We booked a tour to Lake Como and Lugano with Zani Tours. It was our last full day in Italy and we were not disappointed! Monika, our tour guide was gracious and informative! Tour was good , good transport, tour guide was very good But we thought we get drop off were we started, but at main train station. For money value it was good

Minimal guidance, radios given out were defective, we went by coach but on the return part of the trip we were put on the train back to Milan.

We had a bit of a walking directions snafu, but other than that, this was a great tour and Monica was such a fantastic and friendly tour guide! I hight recommend it.

Great experience!!! The trip was so relaxing with our guide, Alice. She gave us a lot of information about the places we visited. Beatiful towns, Como, Lugano and of course Bellaggio. Beautiful landscapes with the Alps and lake Como. I definitely recommend this trip, it worth every penny.

Lugano was spectacular as intimidated. The boat ride on lake Cumo was every bit spectacular as well. The tour guide did an excellent job keeping us on schedule.

The Lake Como and Lugano tour was great. We stopped over in the city of Como, then caught a boat around the Lake for around an hour. The tour bus took us across the Swiss border to Lugano. We had 2 hours to see the city. Was a very nice day tour.

Booked this day trip to visit lake Como and Lugano in one day. Najma was a great tour guide and we enjoyed the boat ride on Lake Como. If you book the Lugano option be aware that the bus does not bring you back to the original meeting point. With this option, you will have to take the train from Lugano back to Milano Centrale. Despite this confusion, I enjoyed the day trip and would recommend it.

The entire experience was unbelievable! Alot of the credit was because of our guide. I can’t believe I didn’t take her name. She was extremely knowledgeable and her passion for travel and history for both Italy and Switzerland were fantastic!!

The bus was not adequately air-conditioned and the day was not that hot it was overcast and low 80s! The tour guide walked way too fast and talked way too fast. Her English was excellent but the accent and the speed at which she talked made understanding impossible. I also think the devices used were subpar. I explained we would like to meet her at the point of contact as one of our party was slower and we did not want to delay the tour. Her reply was that it was a 3 or 4-minute walk, not true, it was at least 10 minutes. The boat ride is a public Ferry. N95 masks are required. The second ride was an hour-long ride that was stifling!! The guide is nowhere to be seen but talking so fast about the villa on the right, there are 30 villas on the right, very poorly organized. The boat trip was torture. About the n95 masks. I saw the boat crew turn away an elderly couple for only having surgical masks and a stop later let on a young attractive girl with a tissue over her face. Terrible. Lugano and Bellagio were wonderful. free time was great. Eat early at Bellagio as the time for service at restaurants is quite long.

Friendly and professional service with very excellent vocal information of everywhere we visited. Always on time and we had an amazing day trip. A highly recommended trip of holiday to enjoy.

We had a very pleasant time. The sightseeing was really wonderful. The day tour was perfect to know the lake and Lugano. We had enough time to have lunch and go around before meeting the group in the end of the day. Our tour guide was nice, with a good communication.

The trip was change to Lake Como and Bellagio. Not what we had plan and this tour price was less money, where is our refund?

My husband made an reservation for a Day tour from Milan to lake Como. On the bus we found out that there are to groups and one will continue to Lugano the other will stay only at Come. Of course we decide immediately to visit also and Lugano since there was such an option but we wasn't sure if it is possible since we book only Milan - Como in prior. Guisy (shortly from Giuseppina) our fantastic tour guide made everything that was possible to extend our day journey and take care of all the documentation. And that how our Day Trip with Zani Viaggi and Mrs. Guisy began :). We went to Como with very clean and comfortable bus. Upon arrival the bus driver gave complimentary bottle of water and we start explore Como. We had hour and half for a walk before we go to one boat to explore the lake and all amazing villas that are all around it. During the boat trip Mrs. Guisy tells us great stories that are connected to each of this villas. It was impressive to listen the stories and imagine what was the life during the time they was build and after when their owners have been changed. She knows all the popular movies that have been filmed there, all the movie stars that has visit Como, all the great people that have leave their footprints in the history and have been there. After the boat we had some spear time for lunch and after we went to Lugano, a completely different city than Como. Very modern with another fantastic lake during the mountains. Our sons was amazed. Again Mrs. Guisy gave us all the necessary information, we take a small walk in the city centre, we bought fantastic chokolates and explore the city from his highest part where the Cathedral all the way down. I went on this tour yesterday and it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Our tour guide Fedra was outstanding, she took such great care of us and gave us so much insight and knowledge into the places we visited. The transport was wonderfully well organised and it was a lovely small group of nine of us which was perfect. A really fantastic day which I would recommend to anyone!

The tour guide Judie is very nice and accommodating. The Lake Como cruise is very nice. Also the visit to Lugano Switzerland is worth the trip.

I state that it was only Lugano autumn festival Saturday 5/10 . Experience I Recommendation, pleasant visit and tasting chocolate factory , rest of the day in Lugano. I will definitely do it again. I would like to add a really soft journey: Driver More’ a predestined Guide is always smiling, escort Federica: very prepared she is available x nothing intrusive, her job is very well done: very interesting proposals and tours. Essa empresa é uma fraude. Comprei 2 passeios para Lugano e Lago de Como . Chegamos meia hora antes no local que eles postaram a localização e eles não estavam . Eu , meu filho e algumas pessoas ficamos sem o passeio e sem o reembolso. Essa empresa é um golpe.
