From Milan: Exclusive Boat, Lake Como, Bellagio, And Lugano Tour

This is a must tour! Our tour guide Lina and Matia(driver) are the best! I highly recommend this tour. Very romantic, amazing views, awwsome villas, good food especially the one Lina recommended from the Sussie restaurant. Excellent! We loved it❤️

Wonderful chance to see the Como and Lugano area without the worry of driving. The bus driver was great, as was the guide. This was spur of the moment, booked the evening before, and so happy with our choice.

We loved this tour!! Enjoyed having a bit of free time at each location!! Franco was a fantastic tour guide and was very friendly. I would absolutely book this tour again. The only thing is the travel company should leave two empty seats to make sure people traveling together can sit together on the bus. My husband and I had to sit separately at one point. The tour guide asked two single travelers to sit together, but they refused. The bus was full. We just made sure we weren’t last on the bus at the next stop so we could sit together.

Excellent guide Anna Enough time was give at Como, maybe not so much at Lugano but the schedule was tight. Really enjoyed the boating at Lake Como

This is an excellent tour. We were able to depart on time, drive to Como, have a wonderful long boat ride on Lake Como, have a good amount of time to eat and shop in Bellagio, and then go to Lugano in Switzerland. Our tour guide, Lina, was great and taught us Italian during the trip which was a bonus. It was one of the best trips I have taken and I would highly recommend it.

When the weather is perfect, as it was this day, the beauty of the region overwhelms you. There is a good balance of guided touring, free time, guide suggestions of places to go, good places to eat, where to find bathrooms, and an avalanche of information. It was an exhausting, but worthwhile, day.

You view beautiful towns & sites but there is minimal interaction and explanation of what we were seeing from the guide. I appreciate the skilled bus driver who navigated us through narrow twists & turns.

Alexandra, our tour guide was exceptional, and the driver was miraculous. Lake Cuomo goes beyond words and we had just the amount of time in each stop. The only snafu and seem to be consistent among the others was the bus wasn’t marked Lake Como and they did not hold a sign to let us know we were at the right boss there was five other others. The bus was not marked by a car. It was marked Viagoti very confusing

Amato was fabulous from start to finish! His knowledge and organisational skills were exceptional. It was because of this that our day was even better than we had imagined. Salvatore and Giuseppe were wonderful too and handled the winding roads with great expertise Well done team!!!

Franco was a great guide. He was patient with everyone and did a good job of communicating in two languages. He pointed out scenic, interesting, and important places with little bits of detail to keep it engaging.

It was a large group of 50 ppl but we saw a lot and never felt rushed. Our guide was fantastic. Definitely got a great taste of lake como! Would recommend.

Ricardo was a great tour guide. Bellagio and Lake Como were beautiful. We enjoyed the sightseeing boat ride. We would have liked more time in Lugano. Ricardo was very caring and nice.

This was a great experience. We felt as though we got to see a lot. Whilst you go with a group, in each town you have free time to do what you like which we liked. Amato the tour guide was very good as was Eduardo the driver. Would definitely recommend!

The boat tour of this trip was incredible and could not be beat. Wonderful tour, loved seeing Bellagio Como and Lugano.

The trip was great. Each of the areas we saw are fairly small. If you needed to shop for hours, this is not for you. If you are sight seeing this is perfect. Laura, our guide, was able to get us a lunch reservation with a large number of the group at a nice restaurant. She is a great guide and goes out of her way to help when ever you have questions. Very friendly. The bus goes down some very narrow streets making the journey very interesting. We were here during a heat wave so sitting in the cool bus was very refreshing. I would recommend this tour. We had a great time. Long day but we felt like we got to see a lot.

Meeting spot was easy to find when you follow the instructions provided. Easy to check in and get your headset. Josephine was our guide for the day and was wonderful. Explained meeting points and times. She gave great information about the history. Bus driver was great at getting through the tight streets and bus was very clean.

Laura was our guide, and she was wonderful! Enjoyed the beautiful towns of Lake Como.

Meeting place was a little confusing as many groups with different companies all meeting at the same spot. Give yourself extra time to make sure you find the right company and bus. After that, the rest was amazing. 0% stress and 100% joy! Our guide Laura was extremely friendly, well spoken and informative and communicated clearly meeting times and places. She shared interesting and factual information with us along the journey and also had a great sense of humor. Really loved her energy. Our bus driver was also top notch! Those narrow curvy roads from Como to Bellagio are really something else. The bus ride is also part of the adventure as the views were amazing. Clean and comfortable coach style bus. Boat tour was lovely. Saw many beautiful villas. Highly recommend this tour. Saw more in one day then we could have ever done on our own.

Great trip with no hassle trying to figure out transportation. Absolutely stunning views and perfect day with beautiful scenery and a great tour guide. So glad we did Como this way rather than on our own.

We left the tour half way through. The “guide” did not do a tour in Como or Bellagio (we skipped Lugano so I can’t say what she did there). In Como we were told that there a change in law that allowed no more than 25 people to be with a guide. There were 57 people on our bus. The guide walked us to a square with shops and restaurants and said I don’t know you , I’m not with you but you can walk behind me if you choose. They were aware of this change in law but did not send two guides to accompany the group so it could be split. They also could have limited the number in th group to 25 people. After an hour walking around on our own we got on the bus (without working a/c) and drove an hour to get a boat to Bellagio. Once there we were told to be back in line for th return boat in 90 minutes. Again, no guided tour of Bellagio. There were many tourists there and all of the restaurants were crowed so unless you wanted a slice of pizza or a handheld sandwich to eat standing on sitting in the ground, you were not seeing the town. We decided to cut our losses and save the remaining 5 hours of the day. We stayed in Bellagio a little longer and took the ferry back to Como. We walked around the waterfront there (which we didn’t see that morning) and then bought train tickets back to Milan. Do not waste your money on this tour. It was $300 for the two of us to be drive to two towns. We spent 34 euros for the hydrofoil ferry and 38 euros for first class train tickets to Milan and had a nicer time without rushing to get to a hot bus with a guide who did not tell us anything about the area or show us around in a walking tour. Extremely disappointed with the way the day started. We ended up having a beautiful day on our own.

Went on the tour on the last day of April. The nice thing about it was that we could keep all the stops and that's because of the group, all of the 50+ tourists were responsible and on time to the bus. However, the overall experience was bad and here are the main points: 1. Boat tour is 45 min! Plus 10 minutes to return to the bus. Don't expect a one and a half hour ride as advertised. 2. The tour is advertised as guided tour! The tour was NOT GUIDED! Apparently there is a law and there can't be more than 25 tourists in a guided group. Being a group over 50 people, the guide instructed us that she will bring us to the center and then she will leave us have free time because she is not allowed to guide such a big group. She kept saying like "follow me but not follow me". Everyone was confused, some left to wander, others kept following her. She hid and was "one of us clients" when she saw the police. It was incredibly awkward and definitely not guided! IF THIS IS A LAW, BRING TWO GUIDES NEXT TIME! 3. The "tour guide" spoke in very bad English. Spoke English words and often made no sense. And that in addition to the fact that the tour was not guided. The guide spoke very little, gave very few information, was good only in organizing the return time to the bus.

Informative; included three stops over 10+ hours (Como, Bellagio by boat, and Lugano. However, long time on the bus (4.5 hours out of 9.5 hours total). Would prefer one less stop and more time in Bellagio or Como.

Really beautiful tour thats show some really beautiful areas. The guide Laura was really good 😊 i would thought say the restaurent for lunch, that was recomended, was not really good, undfriendly waiters and poor and expensive food. But besides that, everything wad really really good, and i will for sure recommend people to go to the tour 👌😊

It was such an wonderful experience, mentioning that our guide Amato was very helpful and professional explaining the historical part of these area. He also pointed out the important details anticipating most of the people needs. The driver Ion was also very helpful and profesionist.

Beautiful day to do Lugano, Bellagio & Como. Anna our guide was very good and knowledge. We did not felt rush. Lots of stores closed in this season in Bellagio. Cruise was the highlight has it is so pretty. No toilet on bus nor cruise boat, but only short distances in transport between places.

We had fun throughout the whole trip the tour give plenty of time in bellagio and enough to visit a few places in como/lugano , wish it had a little bit more time on the boat ride but all else is good . Anna was very helpful and an excellent tour guide!

A fantastic trip from beginning to end. Amato was a great guide - very detailed and likeable. Giuseppe was a great and experienced driver. All places visited were scenic and straight out of fairytale. Thank you for a great day.

There were tons of other tour buses leaving for the same tour at the pick up spot. Book the others. it was by far the worst bus in the group. AC was leaking on seats, no wifi (other tour buses had it), the seats were old and stained. the "tour" itself is not really a tour, they just drive you to the three destinations and you explore on your own after a 10-15min debrief on where you are. the "private boat tour" is you and the 40 other people on the tour. and dont go in the winter, almost everything was close so the few restaurants open were packed and there were long lines for the public bathroom

Well organized day with Josephina. She explained everything in two languages (English and Spanish). Very good information and clearly heard through the bus speakers (also headsets during stops) Seeing Bellagio from the boat and exploring the area was the highlight. Maybe only due to the natural scenic views. Como Town free time, left us rushing to catch the bus. Small annoyance but wouldn't want to take away time from the other stops.
