The Last Supper and the Duomo were great. There was a lot of walking between them. The guide was knowledgeable but sometimes hard to hear.

Itinerary
Meet your guide outside this Dominican church and convent, the UNESCO-protected complex that has sheltered Leonardo's mural since the 1490s. Your guide gives a short orientation before the group heads inside with timed-entry tickets. Inside the convent you pass quiet cloisters and frescoed corridors that once housed Dominican friars. Then comes the main event. You enter the refectory in a small group for a 15-minute viewing of the Last Supper, painted directly onto the dining hall wall. Your guide points out the gestures, the symbolism, and the perspective lines that pull every eye toward Christ.
Walk from the convent to the red-brick walls of Sforza Castle, once the fortress of the dukes who ruled Milan and now home to several of the city's museums. You view the striking exterior and the main courtyard while your guide explains how the Sforza family shaped Renaissance Milan. There is no interior museum entry on this tour.
Continue into Brera, the artisan quarter of narrow lanes, galleries, and workshops that has drawn painters and students for generations. Your guide walks you past the studios and cafés that give the neighborhood its character. This is the quieter, more residential side of central Milan.
Pause outside the legendary La Scala Opera House, one of the most important stages in the world since it opened in 1778. Your guide shares stories of the singers who made their names here and the premieres that ended in standing ovations or open revolt. You view the building from the piazza; the interior is not included.
Step under the iron-and-glass dome of Italy's oldest active shopping arcade, built in the 1860s and lined with mosaic floors and designer storefronts. Your guide explains the symbolism in the floor mosaics and the local tradition said to bring good luck. The arcade connects directly to Piazza del Duomo.
Your second timed-entry ticket takes you straight into the cathedral, past the line that forms in the piazza. Beneath the soaring nave, stained glass lights the marble columns and the artworks that line the aisles. Your guide traces the 600 years of construction and the figures who shaped the building.
The guided portion ends in the main square of Milan, directly outside the cathedral. Your guide is available for final questions and recommendations on where to eat, shop, or wander next. From here you are within walking distance of the city's main shopping streets and transport links.

A great tour in and around parts of Milan. Our guide, Tiziana, was very knowledgeable and also very friendly. The Last Supper and Duomo were definitely highlights, but enjoyed learning interesting things about the city also.
Excellent to see main sights on guided tour with informative guide telling us about the sights the whole time, thank you Titziana: from the Last Supper and church, on walk through Milan, including castle, the Brera district, Galleria VE II, and the Duomo. We did pay a lot, but it was for 3 hours and we saw so much that we got our money’s worth!
Unfortunately we paid for access to the Duomo and it did not happen. Would like to hear from. Viator to get partial refund. For that tour Also had booked a Bernini train trip and received a notice that it was cancelled. I made other arrangements and then Viator sent me tickets??!! What is wrong with your team?
All the walking through town is a lot. The guide was so knowledgeable but really be prepared to learn a ton walking and in the museum. If you aren’t in shape and walk regularly this could a tough one.
Enjoyed seeing The Last Supper. Joseph, our guide, was very informative as we toured around. Enjoyed Duomo di Milano.
Jose was a spectacular guide. It was an easy way to ensure getting to view the Last Supper and orient ourselves to the city.
What we saw was incredible, tour guide was fantastic. But…Lots and lots and lots of walking; we did stop for a break a couple times. The youngest person in group was probably 60 and there were some in 70s. One couple left halfway. Seeing DaVinci’s masterpiece is why I gave it 4 stars. I would recommend this tour to younger people only.
The tour guide was great. She was very knowledgeable and was able to communicate her knowledge. I particularly enjoyed how she described the last supper painting. She also gave us a history of the type of painting done and also how the war affected the entire thing.
Tizi our guide was excellent !!! I recommend this tour, all was interesting and beautiful, everybody have to take this tour in Milano!!
We really enjoyed our Milan Highlights tour. We had a short time in Milan, so it was a great way to be able see a few of the major sights. Would highly recommend this tour to those who are short on time and would like a guided tour!
Our guide was the perfect person for this tour. His knowledge and ongoing discussion of the Last Supper and the neighbourhoods we walked through en route to the Duomo brought the neighbourhoods alive.
Maria was a lovely tour guide. Well worth the expense of the tour. Easy to understand. Took breaks if needed
Highly recommend. This tour exceeded our Excellent tour. Exceeded expectations! Don’t hesitate to book this tour.
Visit to the last supper was the highlight. The duomo was closed for the weekend due to a special event so we were unable to visit on the tour. The guide filled the time with other sites.
We are so lucky to secure this tour to see the Last Supper. It is such a moving experience with the room to the group and enjoy the painting with the stories behind it. Karelian was very knowledgeable about the history of the painting, the city and the Duomo. She is also very patient and considerate in this extremely hot summer day.
We were at the meeting location early. As the time approached we were not able to find our tour guide. Someone reached out to us and said our guide was looking for us. We asked around, I sent a photo of myself and where I was standing (which was at the entrance of our first site). I went up to one of the tour guides associated with Viator and asked if I was in the correct location and was told yes. I responded to the text again and confirmed I was in the right location. I asked again what I was supposed to do as I had asked a couple of tour guides associated with Viator at this time and no one had us listed. I was told to stay where I was and they were reaching out. We eventually found someone who had our name but we were told our guide had left and we needed to go and get tickets and find our guide. We were not told who to look for or any other instructions. We did get our tickets and go inside. We found the same guides we had spoke to and were told we were not with their groups. So we proceeded to the Duomo to see if we could find our group there but to no avail. We paid for another ticket and Leo needed on our own. When we asked for our money back we were told no as it was their policy for no reimbursement since we failed to check in despite our efforts to do so.
Good guide - very knowledgeable. A lot of walking but our guide kept us in the shade during a very hot day. The Last Supper is worth seeing!
Amazing tour from start to finish! Our tour guide Maria was well spoken and kept us engaged for the entire 3 hour tour. We learned a lot, walked a lot and left feeling like we had a great overview of Milan. The Last Supper and Duomo were definitely highlights but everything in between was very interesting as well.
Daniel was our guide and he was clearly very passionate about every location we visited: the Last Supper Museum, various parts of the city, Duomo Cathedral. It was a phenomenal experience and would highly recommend. I very much appreciated his insights and decomposing and diving deep into the background of everywhere we were visiting and seeing. Of all the spots, the Last Supper Museum and learning about Da Vinci (the Genius) were my favorite part of the tour. Truly remarkable. The one surprise is that there is a fair amount of walking between locations. I might have skipped reading that description when I signed up, but there was one party that had to take the train because they couldn't walk the 45min-1hr. However, that walking through the city was well worth it as Daniel shared lots of city history. He also made sure we were hydrated and took breaks.
Excellent tour with our guide John Luca. We met outside the advertised location and we're swiftly set up with listening devices and on our way to view The Last Supper which was very special. Thereafter a lovely walking tour took in several beautiful sites and John Luca explained history and culture with enthusiasm. He was always happy to answer questions and took his time, it did not feel rushed in anyway.
The tour was great! Our guide kept us in the shad as much as possible in August. We were running a few minutes behind but were able to catch the group before it was too late. Getting to walk to the front of the lines was great and this was the only option for us to see the last supper.
I enjoyed our guided walking tour. We saw the last supper, walked through Brera and went to the Duomo
The guide was very knowledgeable and her insights at the Last Supper, Duomo and the city tour were invaluable. The guide regularly checked our group and took our safety seriously, particularly with the city traffic. I would highlight recommend this tour. The only drawback is that it is not cheap.
There was alot of walking, and if it’s hot-as-hell, consider doing it in cooler weather. Our guide was great (forgot her name), and took into consideration the weather.
While the tour was good, I felt a lot of time was wasted waiting on logistics and other group participants (some folks only joined for the last supper then left the group), another participant joined after last supper for the rest of the tour, one participant joined only at the castle. While the tour itself provides a good city overview, I didn't feel it justified the price (in comparison to other city tours).
María was amazing. This was a great way to not only see The Last Supper, but also to get an introduction to Milan with some super special nuggets along the way. Ending with the Milan Duomo was perfect.
no good overview of important information, rather dwelled on small details that no one will remember. not handed our Dumo and castle tickets which enables us to visit museum, guide accents difficult to understand. disappointed and would not recommend this overpriced trip, not worthy
We have taken MANY Viator tours. While this tour was spectacular and well worth the time and expense, it is very long (and terribly hot in July). I feel potential participants should realize the amount of walking is more than what you may be expecting. Our tour guide was absolutely amazing! We are still marveling at her knowledge of Milan and ability to communicate is a different language. Alisa was, by far, one of the most exceptional guides we have ever had with Viator. We learned so much about her beautiful city, Milan!
Great tour, very informational. My two teenagers loved it. The guide stopped for water breaks and found shade, as the temperature was high.
Our guide was fabulous! So knowledgeable, passionate and friendly. She really cared for the kids in the group, shared fun details for them. She added to the tour with adding a walk through the artsy neighborhood. I learned so much from her. I would do another tour with her in a heartbeat!
Too much time between attractions . They gave us 20 in the gift shop. Difficult to understand the guide.
An excellent tour with an excellent guide. We learned a lot about the last supper, the Domo, and Milan in general.
We had a lovely time with our amazing guide, Jose. He was an incredible storyteller and brought the history of Milan to life. Definitely a heavy walking tour, so wear good shoes, but 100% worth it to see the big hits of Milan.
We debated canceling as the tour cost almost $500 for two, but were so glad we went forward with it. The guide was excellent. From the start at da Vinci’s Last Supper to end three hours later at the Duomo this tour provided a deep understanding of the most important sights in Milan. Note that the Duomo rooftop is not included. We spent an addition 28€ each for that and it was well worth it.
Good tour. Sometimes the only way you can see the Last Supper. Guide was informative. Only suggestion is that the tour could have been about two hours instead of three. But worth it.
We had a very enjoyable morning with Maria our guide. She is so knowledgeable, easy to understand, and very professional. What a joy it was to see such amazing sites with her as our guide.
First, our guide was wonderful. She was pleasant and so knowledgeable. The walking tour was a great way to this area. Everything is loaded. Hopefully you can get a sense of our tour. We started at The Last Supper and Basilica di Santa Maria delle Grazie. Then moved to Castello Sforzesco before entering the Brera District (Art District) then onto the Teatro alla Scala (Opera House) through the Galleria into the Piazza Del Duomo and wrap up with a tour of the Duomo di Milano. Wonderful time. Thank you
When my ticket was issued there was a link to contact local tour operator. The link did not work and I was unable to get any help with my tour the night before or the day of. I was only contacted after the tour was starting and notified I couldn't get on the tour at any time that am. Please contact me regarding this review 801 5572565 or brmernest@gmail.com
This was a good introductory overview of the main sites in Milan and general orientation, for later in-depth visits (at least the castle and the Duomo). The Last Supper was the main event, of course. Our tour guide, Linda, was great company for the duration of the tour, with lots of interesting facts to share about all the sites and the city in general. I’m glad we did this tour.
Initially, it was difficult to locate the exact meet spot. The tour was very leisurely for the first two hours. The last hour was very rushed and the guide was walking very fast, difficult to keep up with. There was only one part of the tour that was time sensitive, the Last Supper. After that, the tour could have been paced more evenly.
Great tour. Everything was interesting and amazing at the same time. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and friendly.
Excellant information provided by our guide. Excellant English with a slight accent. No waiting to get into attractions. Only issue was some of the other clients had trouble keeping up on the walks. You need to be to navigate uneven streets easily. Provided enough time inside each attraction. Excellant!!!
Quite a bit of walking. Very informative guide. Tremendous sights. Very organized. A lot of picture opportunities.
We had a very nice tour guide. She was very willing to accommodate our needs and patient to hear us out.
Our guide was excellent! Full of information and knowledge. Plus navigated us on our tour while it poured outside.
Joseph(?) Don't know the Italian spelling was awesome. Learned so much about the history of Milan. Really enjoyed the Last Supper - truly breathtaking, gave me chills!! You really have to imagine the Dominican monks sitting around having a meal with that on the wall!!!
It was a good trip & our guide was knowledgeable & gave us a lot of information. We covered a lot in 3 hours. My only negative would be is there was a lot of brisk walking. It would be difficult for older travellers to keep up.
The tour was fantastic. The guide was knowledgeable and engaging.
It was a good experience and our tour guide was really knowledgeable. It was a bit long, if you have already been walking a lot before. But nonetheless, I enjoyed this experience.
