Cook Like An Italian Nonna: Pasta & Tiramisu In A Milan Home

We had an amazing time making pasta and gelato. Mateo was really fun and so nice and helpful.

This is a must-experience in Milan! The location was very unique and convenient by metro or foot. The chef and staff were incredibly friendly, fun, and welcoming. We made pasta, ravioli and tiramisu from scratch. It was so fun making it and it turned out delicious! The best part was getting to know the chef and others in our group. I cannot recommend this experience enough for those traveling to Milan.

Cooking class was great. The instructor was friendly and patient. He clearly went over the steps and made sure everyone understood what to do. Never felt like we were behind. And in the end, had a great meal!!

The pasta wasn’t the only thing that was fresh, the instructor kept the class fresh and moving along. It was really nice to hear the history of her family and since I have limited Italian she was explaining the English meeting to some words like tiramisu. Which by the way, I’ll be making as soon as I head back to the states. It was a fantastic way to spend a Saturday afternoon.

The chef/guide is very professional and explains things very well without being too serious. In fact, he was very humorous. The food was very tasty too and the location very warm and well decorated. I recommend this for everyone

War a really good experience, to learn how to do all this traditional food passing the recipe from grand mother to their grand childrens was something really special. Connie was an excellent teacher we enjoyed a lot the class. Totally recommended

I absolutely loved this cooking class in Milan. The atmosphere was warm, relaxed and comfortable. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. There was plenty of laughter and it was a great way to spend the afternoon experiencing a little bit of authentic Italian food and culture.

If you’re in Milan, this cookery class is definitely a must-do! We took part in the ‘Pasta e Tiramisu’ evening cookery class and can wholeheartedly recommend it. We were given a warm welcome and the whole evening was great fun! Making tagliatelle and ravioli with Connie whilst singing Italian classics was probably one of the highlights of our entire trip! We’d sign up again in a heartbeat!

Connie, was very good at teaching us, how to make Tiramisu, Ravioli & Tagliatelle. She was very patient, and made the experience great fun. The food was tasty 😋 We would recommend this cooking class.

What you need to know. A delightful afternoon filled with laughter humour and an authentic experience perfectly tailored to our group. Connie and went the extra mile to make it feel like a bespoke experience just for our group. It feels like a family endeavour, where everyone contributes to passing on the culinary secrets of an Italian Nona. Eating drinking home made food and wine at the end was a bonus.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Connie is a fantastic host and she looked after 11 of us perfectly. The class was great, we made Tiramisu (hugely tasty) and two types of pasta which were also pretty good for 11 guys !!! I wholly recommend this course and especially Connie as the host as she made the whole experience ten out of ten.

Matteo was an excellent host. He made us feel welcome immediately and was a great instructor. I’d highly recommend if you are in Milan to visit and learn how to make pasta with him!

We had a fantastic time at the cooking class in Milan! We learnt how to make fresh tagliatelle, ravioli and tiramisu, and picked up lots of useful tips along the way. We was apart of a friendly group, with 4 other couples. Best of all, we got to sit down and enjoy everything we cooked afterwards. Many thanks to our teacher and chef Mario. The room was very small and at some point quite warm. Our teacher did her best and explained well. Making the pasta was a nice experience, eating it was even better. If you don't drink wine you are not offered a soft drink, than you just drink water. But for 75 euros I would expect more hospitality. Also, if you rhink that you will be able to do every step of the cooking, you will be disappointed. A lot of steps are done by the teacher and just shown. This will be enough for many people, but as someone who loves cooking I was a bit disappointed. Now I realise that in that room it is simply not possible, but then I think the price asked is way too much.

This was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy! The day we took the class, Bruna's granddaughter was our chef and she was an amazing host. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed into their family home. Cooking in their home made the experience feel incredibly authentic and gave us a true taste of Italian culture. Everything was exceptionally organized and thoughtfully prepared, making it easy to relax, learn, and enjoy the experience. We had so much fun making fresh pasta and gelato, and both were absolutely delicious! One of my favorite surprises was receiving a recipe book filled with their family recipes so we can recreate everything at home. I would highly recommend this class to anyone looking for an authentic Italian cooking experience. It was warm, welcoming, educational, and delicious—a memory we'll treasure for years to come!

It was our teacher's first class, and while she was still learning, we had a lot of fun together! We enjoyed getting to know the other guests in the class. It was a very welcoming and fun environment.

Amazing experience! Mario is the best, so nice and understanding. He was always checking on everyone, and the class is small so we all got to talk and get to know everyone. The food was incredible and everyone left super full hahaha

This was such a pleasant experience! Mario was the absolute sweetest and provided a wonderful time for us in Milan. Everything was clean and well organized, and all of the cooking preparation was ready and set for us to start right away. I can 100% say that we walked out of this experience with some new recipes for pasta and tiramisu that we will forever keep using! Recommend without a doubt to anyone, and will be referring any friends who travel to Milan!!

The pasta class was a very fun experience. You learned how to make pasta, raviolis and spaghetti, and it is very tasty. The teacher of the class is very knowledgeable and friendly overall of good time. This class is for all ages we traveled me and my husband with our teen daughter and everyone enjoyed themselves. TIP: prior to going to the event, I would recommend having a snack as you will not eat or drink wine until about two hours in once the pasta is cooked and you sit to eat.
