Easy, quick and perfect! No issues at the airport. Driver was waiting in a beautiful Mercedes Van and transported to Milan City Center without any issues! Takes the guesswork and fuss out of transportation when you are tired from overnight fight.
Our driver was very professional. Vehicle was clean. It was easy to find him in the airport! I would definitely recommend Mr. Russia.
The drive was great. Only problem was the driver was supposed to have sign with our name on it. He did not. We called and he told us the exit yet we did not know what he looked like. He finally sent us a picture of himself. Very inconvenient.
great communication all along the way! My flight was delayed four hours but your drive was there when I needed.
What a great experience. Kind, helpful driver waiting for us. Efficient ride from the airport to our apartment
On time and polite. Van was clean and comfortable. Would use them over and over again. Easy to use. Would recommend to families and groups
Very good! Driver was nice and hospitable. Would recommend. Van was clean and the right size. Good experience.
Our driver communicated with me before our trip, as well as the day we landed. She gave us clear instructions on where to meet her and how we could identify her, in a city where we had never visited before and didn't know the language! She was helpful with our luggage, professional in her behavior, and very friendly. The vehicle was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I would recommend using this company!
I booked this airport transfer from MXP to our Air B&B. Our driver was waiting for us with a sign with our name on it right on time. He took our bags, the mini van was parked close, was very clean and had bottles of water ready to go. Our driver Carlos I believe his name was, was very friendly and offered great advice on things to do and places to eat. He was wonderful, I’d book with this company again anytime
Luigi was a great host and driver for our ride to the hotel. Lots of fun for our first experience. Grazie Luigi!
Our drive from the airport to our Hotel was wonderful. Mr. Luigi was delightful and helpful! A perfect experience! It was a comforting feeling knowing that he would be there to pick us up.
On time waiting for us when we arrived right out the gate and very smooth drive. Would highly recommend!
No show. Driver cancelled last minute. Pretty much screwed us over. A taxi was so much more reliable and ended us saving more than this booking.
Excellent company who was able to accommodate myself and partner who were moving to Milan with a lot of luggage. The driver who fetched us was waiting for us at arrivals and had parked very close. I would advise this service to anyone who wanted assistance from the airport. I had never been to Italy and considering I was moving to Milan, just having someone there to help me with luggage and find my hotel, was fantastic.
Do not use this company! Mr Martinelli director of this company is a lier and a thief.I booked a return Milan to Balaggio . The return taxi failed to turn up,I had to hire an expensive trip to the airport to meet my plane departure. Martinelli promised to refund 120 euros. NEVER HAPPENED. I have sent emails and left messages to no result.A promise to pay by PayPal on the 15th oh July NEVER HAPPENED. All I can do is warn you not to use this company.
The driver was very friendly and professional. We so happy to book this service from this company. PROFI DRIVER the best professional drivers company. Many thanks.
