Worldhotel Casati 18 is a highly recommended stay in Milan, conveniently located and delivering an exceptional experience across the board. The staff is remarkably polite, friendly, and courteous, offering outstanding service from start to finish. The rooms are spotless, very clean, and well-equipped with the convenient addition of an in-room minibar. A standout feature is the excellent breakfast, made even better by generous, flexible morning hours that allow for a truly relaxed start to the day. With a quick, hassle-free check-out process to top it off, everything about this hotel is top-tier. I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Walking from Milano Centrale to the hotel through the neighborhood, we had a moment of doubt about our choice. But the second we arrived, all that worry disappeared. We were greeted so warmly, and the inside was refined and inviting , completely different vibe from the surrounding streets. The rooms were well prepared too, with really nice bedding and amenities, as well delicious biscuits with a welcome note. Location-wise, it's about a 10-15 minute walk from the train station and 25-30 minutes to the Duomo, so still pretty central and walkable. What really stood out for us was the service. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and obliging, anytime we needed something, or were just hanging around in the lobby, someone was always offering to help. Simon in particular went above and beyond when we were sorting out our checkout and figuring out timing to get to our next destination. Would definitely recommend and stay again! Absolutely superb hotel, my favourite of a 7 night trip to Europe. Well located with a short walk (15 mins) to the Centrale train station. Also a short 5-10 minute walk to 2 different underground lines. Staff were amazing, very patient with our poor Italian, and nothing was too much trouble for Francesco and Rocco on the front desk. Breakfast was one of the best buffets I've ever had (I love a buffet breakfast!), with a huge selection to try including handmade patisserie items. Despite being from a press button machine, the coffee was excellent. Room was beautiful, sleek Italian style, king-size bed and lots of space and storage options. Bathroom was spacious and well appointed, shower was powerful and easy to use. Loved our stay here and will 100% be back. As ever, totally forgot photos of the room, but got one of the coffee machine and breakfast. Priorities, right?

We stayed in a deluxe queen room for 3 nights. Hard to fault this hotel. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The complimentary prosecco and biscuits were wonderful. Close proximity to the station and landmarks. The front desk team always greeted us with a smile and assisted us multiple times on our stay. Big thank you to Rocco Cappelini, Front office Manager who was very helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.
