A truly luxurious stay with a view of the Duomo! It was our first time at the Tivoli and our first time in Milan, and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. We stayed in a beautiful suite overlooking the Duomo. The room was spacious, spotless and beautifully decorated, and there are fresh flower arrangements that change every week. We stayed 13 nights, which is plenty of time to notice any problem, and there was none. Everything was flawless. Breakfast was delicious, with a huge variety of options and excellent quality, and the breakfast team was lovely every morning. Viara, the Guest Manager, was attentive to every request and made us feel truly cared for! Thank you Viara!! Yulia was a great help in organizing tickets and reservations for us, always kind and incredibly resourceful. The hotel also spoiled us with chocolates, wine, champagne and flowers. That is real luxury service. What I value most is the warmth and kindness of everyone who works there. We already can't wait to come back. Thank you, Tivoli President!

Wonderful stay from start to finish! Everything was excellent, especially the warm hospitality and outstanding service. A special thank you to Nina at reception — she was incredibly kind, cheerful, and helpful. She even stayed with us until we got into our car at departure to make sure everything was perfectly arranged. The bell staff were also fantastic, always welcoming and helpful with our luggage. Housekeeping was excellent, and our rooms were always spotless. A truly lovely experience with a wonderful team. Highly recommended!

Absolutely beautiful hotel in Milan and a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The property is elegant, welcoming, and full of charm, but what truly made our stay exceptional was the service. A very special mention to **Victoria** that work at the bar, who went above and beyond in every possible way. She was incredibly warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. Every request was handled with such grace, and she made rus feel truly looked after throughout our stay. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such genuine pride in making guests feel special, and Victoria did exactly that.
