Stayed at Starhotels Ritz and would happily come back. The breakfast is the real standout with big spread, good quality, and enough variety that we never got bored across multiple mornings. The food side of this place is genuinely better than you’d expect at this price point.
Room was clean and comfortable (adding video so you can see). Only real gripe: the air conditioning. It never quite got where I wanted it and the controls were fussy. Not enough to knock a star off, but worth knowing if you’re visiting in summer.
Everything else did its job. Easy location, no complaints.
The hotel is absolutely beautiful, but the most important thing that made us happy about our stay was Ivan at the reception. He is incredibly solution-oriented and always does his best to help guests in every way he can. His helpful and friendly attitude really made a difference during our trip.
We were very lucky that Ivan was there in the evenings. Thank you again, Ivan, for all your help and kindness!
Really positive surprise. Few minutes from red metro line (Lima station). Air condition, clean bath room, good bed with several pillow options (from the desk). Quiet rooms on top floors. No traffic noise. Poor gym, but at least they have something if you want to train a little after travelling. They have evwn sauna, but didn't have time try it. There is some extra fee for sauna. Normal, good breakfast. I couldn't find porridge or pancakes without extra fee this morning. Let's see again tomorrow. I had only one picture from the hotel and it's from room terrace on the 8th floor.
One word - exceptional. Rooms super.clean, comfortable bed and even more - pillow.menu that you.can choose from. Breakfast with huge variety, staff always smiling and ready to help and meet all your requests. They even surprised me for my birthday 🎂 On a parallel street from the main one, a place that you can take a good sleep, lots of shops nearby. Just AMAZING!

We spent time here for one week. We were greeted by Greta at the 24 hour front desk with door service. She immediately made us feel at home and and answered any questions we had.
The location is perfect with easy access to shopping the metro trains, trams, and Milan Central Train station.
The room was small but very clean, modern, quiet, perfect temperature, darkening shutter, and comfortable bedding. Room service served pizza, salad, and simple pastas but were exceptional for room service. Breakfast buffet is also exceptional.
If or when we return, we will repeat our stay due to its access, service, and ammenities.
