This hotel is amazing! The room was clean and spacious , and the location is great, being right next to the Centrale train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They responded to request quickly. I would definitely book this place to stay again.
Excellent stay at the hotel. All staff friendly and professional. Stayed in Deluxe room, excellent size and very clean, toiletries provided, all vegan and complimentary daily water . Excellent room service. Fantastic location if you are using the trains at Milan Central. Would highly recommend.
The overall level of service was disappointing. The staff were neither friendly nor attentive, and our requests were handled slowly. The building itself also seemed to have poor soundproofing. I could hear conversations from the neighboring rooms as well as noise from the hallway, which made it somehow difficult to relax. The only aspect that justifies its four-star rating is the location. It is conveniently situated close to the train station, making it easy to get around.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the train station. The design is nice throughout - from the entrance and lobby to the elevators and guest rooms. My room was a good size and well-decorated. The bed was comfortable, and I found the bathroom design and size very practical. All the necessary amenities were well-provided. I really liked the atmosphere here and wished I could have stayed a bit longer. If I visit Milan again, I would consider staying here as one of my top choices.
I stayed 2 nights at Starhotels Anderson, so here’s a short and honest breakdown. Check-in & reception Check-in was easy and smooth. Reception is available 24/7, and the staff were kind, helpful, and professional. No stress, no confusion. Room The most important part: the bed. Comfortable, with a few pillow options, so sleeping was absolutely fine. Small downside. The TV and coffee setup were placed in a way that left almost no space for my MacBook, which was a bit annoying, but not a deal breaker. Bathroom was good, clean, and had a bathtub, which I actually enjoyed. Gym & pool I’m pretty sure there’s no swimming pool. As for the gym, I didn’t notice one and I assume they don’t have it, but I didn’t really look for it either. Location This is where the hotel really wins. The location is excellent. About 3 minutes’ walk to the train station, which makes life very easy, especially if you’re moving around Milan. Overall Comfortable stay, great location, friendly staff. Not perfect for working in the room, but for a short stay in Milan, it does the job very well.
