Great 4 stars hotel located near San Siro stadium. The colour theme of the hotel is warm turquoise and blue, the tiles, colour and design are meticulously planned out as it feels extremely homely and comfortable. The gym is spacious and clean with plenty of cardio equipment. The hotel is near park and garden with plenty of nature around. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good price point for a beautiful hotel.

Honestly, I expected a little more. We had a nice room, the whole hotel is very modern and looks great, the pool was also super. The reception was helpful and attentive. I had two main points where I felt a bit disappointed: 1. The breakfast: Not well organized. Cramped and usually not refilled even with an hour left of breakfast. You have to catch the waiters, it felt like they are so overwhelmed they purposefully don't look to you, so nothing will be asked. Not to mention the coffee, which was terrible. It was pre-made in a container with no option for a proper coffee machine. 2. The soundproofing of the room: That's where I got a bit more upset. During the nights there were several times we heard noises from the guests upstairs. I don't know if they were too loud or just the soundproofing was poor, but I suspect it was the latter. Also expected better from a Sheraton. Alongside this, the rooms get very dusty after a very short time time. We had daily cleaning and the next day the dust was visible on the furniture. Otherwise, we had a great time in Milan, but I think there are better hotels in the city.
We stayed at the Sheraton Milan San Siro for two nights, my daughter and I, mainly because we were attending a concert at San Siro Stadium. Overall, I really liked the hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and our twin room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. It wasn’t particularly spacious, but for a short stay it did the job perfectly well. Breakfast was one of the highlights. The breakfast area is fantastic, with a very good variety of choices and a pleasant atmosphere. We also had access to the Club Lounge on the same floor, which was very convenient, with snacks, soft drinks and coffee available throughout the day. For us, however, the biggest advantage was the location. San Siro Stadium was only around a 25-minute walk away, which made getting to and from the concert incredibly convenient without having to worry about transportation afterwards. As our stay was very short, we didn’t get the opportunity to use the pool or try the hotel’s food outside breakfast, so I can’t comment on those. Overall, a very pleasant stay, good facilities and genuinely friendly staff. I would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it, particularly if you’re visiting Milan for an event at San Siro.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have stayed at the Sheraton San Siro many times over the years — both for business trips and conferences — and it remains, without question, the best hotel in Milan. The consistently high standard, exceptional maintenance, and superbly appointed rooms make every stay an absolute pleasure. The rooms are outstanding: modern, immaculate, and maintained with a level of care that is rare even among top‑tier hotels. The overall standard is genuinely excellent and has been unwavering across all my visits. The intercontinental breakfast is a highlight in its own right. The selection is extensive, beautifully presented, and offers everything one could possibly wish for to start the day well. In the evenings, the bar provides a warm, elegant atmosphere with attentive service — a perfect place to unwind after a long day. I can also highly recommend the Argentinian restaurant. While slightly on the pricier side, the food is superb, and both the indoor and outdoor seating areas are wonderfully comfortable and stylish. Another standout feature is the gym on the 6th floor. It is exceptionally well equipped for a hotel gym, featuring the latest Technogym machines and offering everything needed for a proper workout. Whether travelling for business or simply enjoying a city break in Milan, I can wholeheartedly recommend the Sheraton San Siro. It is a hotel that consistently delivers excellence.
We stayed at Sheraton Milan San Siro during our trip to Milan for the Eros Ramazzotti and Cesare Cremonini concerts, and we had a truly pleasant stay. The hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were very clean, tidy, and comfortable — everything was perfect. We especially enjoyed the spa area and sauna, open from 5 PM to 10 PM. It is not huge, but very cozy, clean, and well organized, with towels, slippers, lockers, and changing facilities available. There is also a swimming pool on the ground floor, although we personally preferred spending time in the sauna area. We also appreciated the security at the entrance, which made everything feel very safe. A special mention to the staff, who were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. I had already stayed at this hotel chain in other parts of the world, but never in Milan — and I was pleasantly surprised. I would definitely come back!
