The hotel is in a great location, and the rooms are clean. I chose to stay here because of its central location and the fact that breakfast was included. Andrea at the reception was very sweet, welcoming, and helpful, which made my stay even more pleasant. Overall, I was very satisfied. The room I stayed in was a little small, but for a one-night stay, I think it was perfectly fine.
What a tremendous hotel. The location, right next to the Duomo, is superb and the rooms are clean, comfortable and well air-conditioned. The valet parking, though expensive, is very helpful and worked well. Most notable are the staff, who went above and beyond with helping on several requests, and offered many thoughtful touches (for example leaving bottled water for us in the car when the valet returned it for the journey ahead). I look forward to returning to this excellent hotel.
The hotel itself is excellent in terms of the building, the rooms, and the location. Unfortunately, none of these qualities can make up for the poor attitude of the staff. The front desk employees were not helpful at all and lacked professionalism in the way they treated guests. They clearly need proper training in customer service and hospitality. No matter how beautiful the hotel is, good service is what truly matters. For this reason, I cannot recommend staying here because of the poor staff experience.
I had a very pleasant stay at Rosa Grand Hotel. The rooms were clean, neat, and comfortable, and the room service was excellent throughout my stay. I had a small issue with the coffee machine in my room, but the maintenance team responded immediately and fixed it quickly, which I really appreciated. The restaurant was good, although the Check in took quite a long time to be served. There were also long queues, especially at checkout. I think the hotel would benefit from having more than three checkout counters to reduce waiting times. The only other area for improvement is the concierge service. While professional, a warmer attitude and a smile would make guests feel more welcome. Overall, I had a great experience. The staff were helpful, the rooms were spotless, and I would happily stay here again.
I recently visited this restaurant and I really enjoyed my time there, especially at the bar area. The place looks even nicer now with the new furniture everything feels fresh, modern, and welcoming. I would especially like to mention Zina. She was incredibly kind, respectful, and always smiling. Her service was excellent she made sure everything was perfect and made us feel very comfortable. You can truly tell when someone enjoys their job, and Zina definitely does. Because of her great service, I would happily come back again, especially when she is serving. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this place!
