We had a wonderful stay and the appartement was really nice. It is a lot better than staying in a hotel. There's plenty of room, nice views from the appartement, it was quiet and slept really well. The appartement was nearby Milan CS. The staff were very friendly, helpful and There's always someone at the reception 24/7. We had a kitchen and even did a load of washing. Most importantly, there was airco! Highly recommended!

Very nice apartment with a separate bedroom, clean, tidy.very close to Milano Centrale, but quiet and peaceful. The kitchen has everything, you might need .The staff is polite and helpful. I’d love to stay for a few more days.

Just a few minutes walk from Milan's central railway station/Metro, and even close to the Caiazzo Metro stop, but the area around it was quiet and felt safe. Checked in at 10am, it was quick and easy. Love love love the buildings old lift/elevator! What a joy! After check in you can access the main door onto the street by using the same fob that you use for your own door, which is a great safety feature. The apartment was a decent size, clean, and had everything you could need. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

If you want or need to stay close to the Milano Centrale (train station), I HIGHLY recommend Residence De La Gare. It really does check all the boxes you want in a place to stay: affordable prices, clean and comfortable space, and the location is 10 minutes to the tracks in the train station. There are a variety of places to eat within a 10 min walk, including a bar just out the front door to the left with wonderful coffees, pastries and paninis. They have so many good choices to get your day started. Also check out Moebius for aperitivo (10 min walk). The beds can be two singles or a king and were very comfortable. You can really darken the room by closing the Internal wooden shutters. Great pillows and comforter. The bathroom is also a good size and the shower works so well, strong pressure and instantly hot. Kitchen is well stocked with a full fridge. We did not use it this time, but you could cool full meals there. Check in was VERY efficient, fast, and friendly. Great pre-visit communication. It will be our new place to stay when we return.
