Our hotel in Milan is the Palazzo Segretti, and it is excellent! The location is very convenient for walking to tourist attractions and restaurants, the room is spacious, with a king size bed, 2 luggage racks, enough electrical outlets, plenty of table space, and 3 chairs. The bathroom has plenty of counter space, a walk in shower (NOT a horrible bathtub that is like climbing into the Grand Canyon), and a bidet ! Most important, the a/c works great, and as a bonus is extremely quiet. In short, it has everything we could possibly want in a hotel room.

Nice little and cosy hotel on a small street where is no traffic. A large room and WC/shower room well equipped. Breakfast very good buffet and lobby bar comfortable. The welcome prosecco is served with plenty of Italian snacks. Very lively walking and shopping street Via Dante just around the corner. Only a few hundred meters to Castello and Parco Sempione - The central park of Milan. To the other direction La Scala and Duomo also near. You can walk everywhere! The location and hotel are really worth money.
We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Segreti in Milan. The hotel is beautifully designed, elegant, and full of charm, while still feeling warm and comfortable. The location is fantastic, very central and convenient for exploring the city, yet peaceful enough to feel relaxing after a busy day. What stood out most was the hospitality. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. The room was clean, stylish, and very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt intimate and refined. If you are looking for a boutique hotel in Milan that offers both character and excellent service, I would highly recommend Palazzo Segreti. We would be very happy to stay here again.
First time travelers to Milan, we arrived from Australia and our group included two children who were 7 and 9. We were all pretty exhausted after leaving home almost 30 hours earlier. From the time we checked in until the time we checked out, everything was fabulous. Sabrina on reception is brilliant and was so helpful. We found everything she suggested to be spot on. The breakfast is sensational and should not be missed. The location of this hotel is really central and convenient. We will be back Ruth and John
This hotel is particularly well suited to access many interesting areas in Milan. It is steps from Via Dante, minutes from the Duomo, Galleria, La Scala and Castle Sforzesco. We were able to explore the Brera neighbourhood and find many great restaurant options within walking distance. We really enjoyed the Majestic and Signorvino is quite fun. The rooms are well sized and the bed was very comfortable with luxury linen. The concierge was accommodating of our requests for extra pillows and AC. The bathroom was huge and water pressure was fantastic with divinely scented toiletries. The room was cleaned daily and I was always happy with the level of hygiene. We had a room with 2 Juliette balconies and thus there was some noise from the street however ear plugs solved any issues. Continental breakfast is served daily and there were quite a few options, even for vegetarians (although vegans may struggle). The coffee is delicious and the café staff are friendly. The concierges were always available to offer advice and help above and beyond what might be expected. This was particularly comforting during a labour action that occurred while we were there, we got some helpful advice and were able to manage the situation. 14/10 would return Room number 5 is lovely and we enjoyed it a lot.
