No sound insulation at all in the walls, doors or windows. You can hear the drunk Italian singing until the early hours through the window. Every conversation and footsteps from the hallway and EVERYTHING (and I mean everything) from the adjoining rooms. No chance of sleeping Also the room is insanely hot even when the AC is on full which is also really noisy. Stay somewhere else that was not built with the cheapest materials and with the thinnest walls they could find.

Yesterday I rate on Trip Avisor, very good. But today, Erina what a lack of respect and value through a customer. I was just asking, some question and she was already in a disrespectful way, what a partner do you have in reception. Never again coming here, ungrateful person!

Very disappointing stay, especially for the price. We had several issues with the rooms: • The bed was making loud noises whenever we moved. • The refrigerator shelf was broken, the inside was moldy/dirty, and it was leaking water. • In the second room, the bathroom trash bin was broken. • The walls between the rooms were poorly insulated, and we could clearly hear conversations from the neighboring room whenever guests spoke loudly. We asked the hotel to change our rooms, but we were told that the hotel was fully booked. However, we later saw new guests checking in and being assigned rooms, which made us question whether the hotel was actually fully booked. On a positive note, some of the reception staff were friendly and helpful during our stay, which I appreciate. Overall, the condition of the rooms and the poor sound insulation were very disappointing. We expected much better from this hotel.

After a week-long vacation in Italy, we wrapped up our trip with a one-night stay at this hotel. The rooms are well air-conditioned; while not brand new, they are well-maintained. The hallway décor evokes the feel of a hotel on the other side of the world, creating a relaxing atmosphere that allows you to travel even further in your imagination. A tram stop is nearby, making it quick and easy to get to the city center. Special mention goes to the team's professionalism. Irina, in particular, was impressive—not only for her English proficiency (which leaned towards American English) but also for her communication style and kindness. I dropped a small piece of jewelry down the sink drain and couldn't retrieve it myself. I reported it upon checkout, and thanks to the hotel staff's cooperation, we were able to arrange for its recovery and shipment by mail. Thank you. See you soon.
