Nh Milano 2 Residence

Location in a green area close to the city and Linate airport. Rooms are big and clean but in a vintage style. It was probably modern thirty years ago. Continental breakfast with various choice in a standard level, I would say just correct.

I had a very pleasant stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and professional, and the location was convenient. Everything went smoothly. You could not pay me to stay at this hotel again. Che schiffo!! Disgusting! Sporco! We arrived at 1 in the morning after a 12 hour drive. The bathroom floor was flooded, wet. The room smelled of urine. The carpet is the most disgusting, old, dirty. If not for needing sleep, I would have left! It's too bad because the area is so nice and the breakfast spread was great. Although, the breakfast is at the hotel rather than the Residence. The room is completely gross though and old, sticky, just gross. It needs a total renovation and modern updates. For €150 a night, absolutely a rip off. And we are disgusted. Do NOT recommend.

Very bad experience. Starting with reception, it is not clear where it is, you should ask people on the streets or in the bar to let u know. 2nd receptionist, very rude unpleasant and not ready to help, just wanna get things done quickly. She gave me invalid keys 3 times, walking with my luggage to the room and back to reception ! Not easy to access if u have a car, you have to walk a lot to park a car and take tickets from the other hotel etc.. it's a mess! They finally gave me a room with malfunctioning AC on a very hot day. Not recommended! I tried NH in different countries and it is much better.
