The service at the hotel was unpleasant and disappointing. The rooms were dirty and not properly maintained, and there was a lot of noise coming from outside, which made it difficult to rest. On top of that, we were asked to change rooms on our last day without being given any explanation or reason. Overall, the experience was far from what we expected and certainly not worth the price we paid. The manager was not nice was very impolite with us and didn’t offer an alternative than changing to an even smaller and more noisy room 2h in advance of having to do so.

My wife and I were staying here only for a night. The room was great and the location was perfect and close to lots of food and the cathedral. We didn’t feel like there was a lot of transparency with the price for the in room mini bar and other services included with the hotel. There is one tiny menu located in the lobby but nothing in the room or in the breakfast area. Breakfast was not worth what we paid and we would’ve gone elsewhere if we knew the price.
There were no blankets in the rooms. I know it is summer, but come on, have a spare blanket folded on the shelf just in case people need the weight for sleep. No carpet or rugs on floor. Lift is very small and very slow. Do not book other than in person at front desk as this hotel has connections to a scammer booking website. I clicked on a price and then received an email showing they had added a 110 euro booking fee - around the price of a night's stay!- on top of what I knew they would charge and by the time I got to the hotel my bank had already contacted me to say a refund transaction was due to me and they wanted to cancel my card. I addressed this with the hotel receptionist who said sort it out with his manager the next morning, but the Mgr did not greet me politely and immediately launched into a verbal attack accusing me for not booking directly with them and using a "travel agent" and they refused to cancel the booking. They claimed it was Booking.com's "agency fee" but I did not use Booking.com. Furthermore, Booking.com does not apply booking fees that are approximately equal to another night's stay! Either the hotel or this other agency had somehow planted the Booking.com logo in their header space on the documentation. And the hotel refused to apologise for it, even though they could see that the scammer website had listed a fake phone number for me. They juat regarded the whole thing as my problem, and had no concern that their hotel was involved in scammer websites.
Recently stayed at this hotel for a few nights during a short stay in Milan. Location was great, however the customer service from this hotel is not great. The man at the front that had glasses on was extremely rude and did not make us feel welcome. Even after seeing him multiple times a day, he would barely acknowledge us. We travelled 27 hours to get to Milan. We arrived a bit earlier than the check in time of 3pm, however this man was adamant that the room was not ready for us. He made us wait until 3pm on the dot, until he allowed us to check in. I find this extremely hard to believe; and I am certain he was just doing this to be difficult and unhelpful to his guests. I have never experienced this sort of poor customer service even though I have attended many different hotels around the world. Disappointing.
Nice spacious room with all amenities. Staff was cooperative and helpful. Check in was smooth and team member Nadia was very helpful. Easy access to local market, metro and tram. Walkable distance to duomo. Really enjoy my stay.
