Very nice and comfortable stay. Beds and pillows are great. Had a suite with separate dressing area. Private bath was spacious; especially liked the bidet. Balcony. Secure entry. Close to most everything especially the metro. Alessandra was very helpful and attentive. European breakfast.

Nice hotel, kind staff, but wow is it noisy. Non stop hammering starting at 8am and going literally all day long, plus glass being emptied by recycling crews multiple times during the night. Would be lovely if it weren't so horribly loud, but the noise made it nearly impossible to sleep.

Good price. Nicely decorated space. Very clean. We stayed in breezy bedroom with private balconies and a large bathroom. The coordinator provided a map and recommendations for getting around town. Very professional and kind. If we return to Milan, we would stay here again!

Lovely big room and huge bathroom. Clean and in good location 20min walk to Duomo, 20min to castle and next the the big central park around the castle. Lots of restaurants in the area. The only small criticism is that the breakfast is below par compared to other places we stayed in, white roll, croissant, Yoghurt, jam, butter and coffee- typically continental.
