Pros and Cons: I will say even though there’s a couple of cons, it wasn’t worth giving it 4 stars. Especially with things that are out of their control. Cons: the walls are kinda thin. Not obnoxious though. Beds are on the hard side but again, not obnoxious. Pros: everything else is wonderful. Every single staff member is friendly, and willing to help and offer opinions about where to go, getting you a coffee, calling a taxi for you, etc. they always want to make sure you’re taken care of. Offering you coffee throughout the day. Breakfast is lovely. You can ask them to cook omelettes, scrambled eggs for breakfast on request. The coffee is lovely as predicted. I can’t say enough how much my wife and I enjoyed this place. Especially it being our honeymoon. Highly recommend. Plus it’s a nice quiet neighborhood with a beautiful courtyard. The front desk people do speak English. The house staff don’t really but they’re still nice about everything and willing to help. It’s almost like grandma helping you out.

We stayed at the Magville last year end of July. We arrived early in the morning and our room was ready before checkin time which was such a pleasant surprise. While we were waiting for the they gave us cake and coffee which was so nice after a long flight. Our room was bigger than we expected and overall the service was excellent. The hotel is in a quiet location not too busy and only short bus ride or train from the main tourist attractions. I would definitely stay here next time visiting Milan.
The hotel is a small boutique hotel in a quiet neighborhood in Milan. For us it was perfect, since we don't like all the touristic environment. The service was very good and they all did their best to make our stay pleaseant. The room was big with a view to the patio. The whole experience felt cosy and comfortable.
This is a phenomenal hotel! It is tucked away in a very quiet and residential area in Milan. Very close to central Milan, close transportation as well, such as the Metro. There are many restaurants around the area too. Starting with the room, they have phenomenal air-conditioning. It was 95° in Milan and the room was still very cold. To me this is one of the most important features when visiting a hotel, especially in Europe. The room was also various spacious, with a great bathroom and water pressure, and hot water. You get all the amenities that you need. It also had a TV, ironing board that we requested, and they gave us ice as well for drinks. The service was amazing. The front desk was very helpful, and accommodate anything that we needed. They even ordered a taxi for us when we checked out. The people from the breakfast crew were very kind too. Which by the way, this hotel has excellent buffet breakfast. They have everything that you need for a great breakfast and coffee. Again, this is an excellent 4 star boutique hotel. I got a very good sleep, and a great time. I would come back in a heartbeat!
Amazing service. Such a nice staff The rooms looks like we went back in time for classic Europe Everything here in beautiful and classic Amazing breakfast. It’s not located right in the center of the touristy area of Milan but after a few nights in the center we decided to go to some quieter area and definitely this is the one. Great neighbourhood, the good and local side of Milan. Most recommended
