Joy 124 Hotel Milano

I had a wonderful stay at Joy 124 Hotel Milano. The hotel is modern, comfortable, and new, with clean rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help, by name Kchiara , Stephene and Alison. The location is convenient for exploring Milan and getting around the city. It is 15 minutes walking from Milan Central. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan. Just would like to advise of providing kettle and drinking water bottles in each room .

I booked this hotel through an online platform. Upon arrival, the hotel refuse accommodation on grounds of alleged safety issues and tried to relocate me to another hotel. Only after around one‑hour on‑site negotiation was I offered a room on the −1 basement floor. Although the room has a window and is functionally habitable, the booking description did not disclose at all that the room was on a basement −1 floor. The room also differs from my reservation in bed configuration and floor area. I did not voluntarily agree to this alternative room. Additionally, front‑desk staff verbally promised free breakfast upon check‑in, yet this promise was never honoured. This was misleading. I have read other travellers’ reviews on this platform, and quite a few guests reported similar experiences. Consumers have the right to know key room details such as floor location before booking. This hotel withheld important information, unilaterally changed the accommodation provided, and failed to keep verbal promises. My stay was extremely disappointing. I strongly advise future travellers to be cautious.

Riffat and other members are awesome. Being a hotel manager, I can tell I truly enjoyed this hotel. Hotel is very clean and modern. Beds are comfortable. Location is closer by Milano Centrale Station. I prefer doing a taxi from the station. Thank you for everybody to make our Stay in Milan a great one. Hopefully, we’ll see you next year.

We had a fantastic stay at Joy 124 Hotel and felt genuinely well looked after from the moment we arrived. The rooms are beautiful, modern, spotless, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The room was perfectly air-conditioned, and we slept like babies. The location is also excellent, with plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away. During our stay, we had a small issue with the hot water in the shower. As soon as we informed the reception, they immediately sent the maintenance technician, who was very kind, professional, and eager to help. Unfortunately, the issue could not be fixed straight away, but the way the hotel handled the situation was outstanding. We will definitely return the next time we visit Milan.
