Ih Hotels Milano St. John Sesto San Giov

This hotel is situated in the outside of the city in a hood that looks kinda shady, but we did not have problems walking to the metro. The rooms are quite “simple” they do not offer water, coffee or an iron, only towels and has funtioning air conditioning. For me this is a 1-2 star hotel. THE POSITIVE: The restaurant is run very good and the chef Claudio saved us as we had a situation in the night and at 11:30 pm without having any dinner and he still cooked us a delicious meal, past his working hours. He was super nice and the food super good. Also the girls in the front desk are very gentil and nice. So not so great location and not great appliences, but very good/excelent service.

My dad and I stayed at this hotel during our trip to Milan. The receptionists are kind, helpful.. the sweetest people in the world! Every employee at the hotel is 10/10. The place is pleasant, friendly, the rooms are well equipped, clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it to everyone!❤️🇮🇹

I barely slept all night. The bed sheet underneath was damaged, the room was very dimly lit, and there was an unpleasant smell. It looked nothing like the photos shown on the official website. If I need to stay for a second night, I may consider moving to another place, even though the booking is basically non-refundable. That said, the front desk staff were very helpful and provided excellent service. I sincerely hope the hotel will improve the quality and condition of its rooms.

The hotel is comfortable, the staff are friendly, and the breakfast is very good. It's a bit far from the metro station and there aren't many restaurants in the area. The air conditioning wasn't working properly, but we asked for a fan and Luigi, a wonderful staff, provided one for us.
