Ih Hotels Milano Centrale

Thank you for the young lady in light blue jacket (sorry didnt get your name). She helped us checked in and took care of our luggages when we were early to checkin. Awesome hotel overall. Very good location 3 mins from milano centrale.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the station and easy to get to. There are also plenty of food options and supermarkets within walking distance, which was very convenient. I would say the best part of this hotel is definitely the location. The room was great, with a comfortable bed and good amenities. It was also a nice touch that the hotel had water available in reception, as well as tea and coffee. The staff were friendly, although I was only greeted by them when checking in and checking out of the hotel. One downside was the noise from other rooms. When doors were closed, you could hear them quite clearly, which was annoying, especially when it happened frequently. Breakfast was a bit of a let-down. The breakfast area was quite small and could get very busy, making it difficult to get what you wanted at times. The coffee area was particularly small, so there were often long queues. The choice of breakfast was okay, but the overall experience could have been better. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The room was comfortable and the location was excellent, with the station, food options and supermarkets all within easy walking distance. However, the noise from other rooms and the small, busy breakfast area were areas that could be improved.

Decent size, clean room for the price. Breakfast included for only a small increase in the rate. Directly across from the train station. Windows thick enough to block outside noise from traffic and pedestrians. Walls might be a little thin but luckily the other residents were quiet.

This place is just perfect, the location is so ideal. The staff are so friendly and caring and you can really tell they enjoy helping the customers around them. We. Had an emergency in Milan and had to swap where we was staying which resulted in turning up here early hours of the morning. The staff understood, showed patience and kindness that meant so much to us. This hotel is so good that I regret not finding this place when we first arrived in Milan. The rooms are clean with a nice vibe and the bathroom is to die for
