Hyatt Centric Milan Centrale

Amazing hotel outside of the center of Milan. All of the staff was amazing and courteous and fulfilled all of our request. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms are very nice along with a spacious bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay here and would come back.

Great experience at the Hyatt Centric. Most of the staff spoke English well enough. Hotel was very clean and well maintained and had great AC. We supposedly had the biggest suite on the 12th floor but still felt a little cramped by American standards. It was in good walking distance to a lot of things. We did walk from the doumo back to the hotel and it was a pretty long walk. The breakfast buffet was great. Lots to choose from including fresh made eggs and omelets. Beds and pillows were very soft and comfortable.

Our stay at Hyatt Centric was truly outstanding. Andrea and Piero made our experience so special with their genuine kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. They made us feel welcome from the very first moment and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The spa is absolutely amazing—peaceful, relaxing, and the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the city. The hotel's location is excellent, conveniently close to the train station, making it easy to get around. The property is modern, beautifully designed, and offers a very comfortable atmosphere. We felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay and would happily recommend Hyatt Centric to anyone visiting the area. We look forward to coming back! Andrea you are awesome!

I would give this hotel 4 out of 5 stars. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. It wasn’t the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at, but it was still a good experience. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of pastries and sweet options, which we really enjoyed. However, the breakfast staff were not always attentive when it came to bringing guests the à la carte menu. Since breakfast included both a buffet and the option to order from the menu, we sometimes had to ask for it ourselves. The spa was excellent. Although it wasn’t very large, the fact that it could be reserved for private use made it a wonderful experience, especially since we were traveling with a young child. The bar had a very cozy atmosphere in the evenings, which we really liked. Finally, I would like to give special thanks to the staff member who helped us at the end of our stay. They were truly kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. In fact, a big part of my 4-star rating is because of their outstanding service.
