Hotel Windsor Milano

Worst hotel ever if you’re a tourist, maybe it will be ok if you’re Italian, since you arrive from another country and you want to charge your phone and your adapter isn’t working they won’t help they’ll tell you go explore the city on your own with your dead phone and find a store to buy an adapter, they won’t provide toothbrush if you forgot yours, you won’t be able to sleep because the hotel is made of papers you’ll hear the noise of the trams outside 24/7 and every step from people walking on the floor, the room is full of mosquitos and feels like it’s 500 years old, they’ll never give you the room unless after 3 pm, I really don’t know how is this even called an hotel, not even that but 4 stars with €200 per night!!! If you want to be humiliated with your own money book in this hotel It may only be a good deal if it’s €10 per night nothing more

Really lovely hotel! Location could not be more perfect. Minutes from the metro. Air conditioning was perfect, room clean spacious and comfortable. Great selection for breakfast. Can get busy at times.

Well situated and easy to walk to most destinations. Beautifully decorated, modern and clean. Service was excellent and staff extremely helpful. Buffet breakfast had a very good selection on offer. Highly recommended place to stay.

Nice hotel. Very clean, helpful and friendly staff. Conveniently located to our daily activities for our stay in Milan. Large room for European hotel. Very comfortable bed. The included breakfast is way better than most hotel breakfast. Fresh fruit and multiple pastry choices. Definitely take advantage of the breakfast if you stay here. The one thing that keeps this from being a 5 star review is the street noise in our room. Between the local metro train/trolleys going by and the constant sirens from ambulances and police at all hours, it was pretty noisy. It wasn't so bad that we couldn't sleep, but some sound mitigation on that side of the hotel would raise this to 5 stars.
