Hotel Wagner

The decor of the hotel is very dated, and I had various issues in my room, such as the showerhead not working correctly the toilet flush being broken and the bed being uncomfortable. The location of the hotel is very good with various local bars and restaurants and it’s just a 30-minute walk to the City Centre or you can take the Metro which is located just outside the hotel.

I stay here very often for work, as I live in the south but office in Milan - this hotel is perfect for business travelers, or for travelers looking for a well-equipped hotel with a central location at a decent price. Rooms are somewhat dated but comfortable, with a great bed, great water pressure, air conditioning, and all amenities you would expect. Breakfast is absolutely one of the highlights, with both European and American options, American coffee as well as espresso drinks, juice, water, etc. - it's by far one of my favorite parts of the stays here. The staff is exceedingly friendly and helpful, I have never had an issue that isn't resolved immediately. I highly recommend this hotel for visitors to Milan looking for something outside the major chains.

It was a decent hotel. The rooms are quite old-fashioned and could do with a refurbishment, as they feel a bit grandmother-style. However, the room was fairly clean and had all the basics, including air conditioning and a working shower with good water pressure. The hotel is in a very central location, and the staff were helpful. Overall, I would stay here again.

Terrible hotel. Not sure where they got their 4 stars? Room was insanely hot and air conditioning doesn’t work. When asking at the front desk I was told to open the window which will not stay open because of the curtains. Mould on the ceiling. One thing they aren’t lacking in is mirrors, they are everywhere. Quite weird. 1 plug socket in whole room. Really shocking for the price… Super outdated and run down. Would not recommend and would not return.
