Hotel Residence Studio Inn Centrale

I had a very pleasant stay at Studio Inn Centrale Milano Urban Padel. The hotel is very functional and located in a pleasant residential neighborhood, away from the usual tourist chaos. Everything important is nearby: a wonderful café with excellent food right in front, a laundromat close by, a good supermarket next door, and a pharmacy very nearby. The reception staff are fantastic and offer a high level of service. They always try to find solutions for guests’ requests and are consistently friendly, patient, and polite. The whole team speaks fluent English. The gym is superb, and the hotel also has a lovely terrace. The rooms are clean and functional, and the cleaning staff also do a wonderful job, always leaving the room very clean and restocked with amenities. The hotel is also completely child- and baby-friendly. They prepared a cozy, clean crib for us with sheets and everything necessary. Top service. I would definitely recommend it.

Clean, modern and fresh rooms. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The amenities in the rooms were great, and the grocery store right outside perfect for picking up breakfast. Will return for sure!

We had a large, new and very clean room with an amazingly good bed for two nights. What you should not forget: The hotel is a CITY hotel, i.e. you cannot expect an appealing view from the window. However, it is quietly located in a residential area and we were lucky enough to be able to park our vehicles in the private underground garage. This meant we didn't have to search for a parking space, which is certainly not easy. The hotel is well connected, you can easily reach both the main train station and the metro by foot. What I would particularly like to emphasize was the exceptional friendliness and professionalism of the staff. We had a problem-free check-in even though we arrived separately, we were given all the information we needed for an effortless transfer into the city and were also given one or two good tips for evening activities. Many thanks for this, we felt very welcome as guests and can highly recommend the hotel.

Our stay was very pleasant, the room was clean and the stuff very helpful and friendly, (also fluent in English). There is everything you need near the hotel, convenience store, pharmacy, bakery, busy station and a metro station about 10mins walk. Would definitely stay here again and I can recommend this to everyone looking for a cozy room not directly in city center.
