The location is fairly close to a lot of shops so you can always have whatever you need. Our AC was quite weak, and it was 37 degree heat. The TV also didn’t work( the remote control wasn’t doing anything but it would turn on sometimes), however the staff are very kind. The interior is old Tuscan 2000s type
The hotel is old, the rooms are small and not spacious, there are plumbing problems, the maintenance of the building is at a low level, it is a 2-star hotel and nothing more. On the other hand, the service of the reception staff at the hotel is much more than excellent, they responded to every request immediately, they provide service at the highest level possible.
"Disastrous hotel, very far from the city center in a dodgy neighborhood, overlooking a construction site. When I arrived at reception, there were three employees, all three focused on the same guest — not one of them broke away to help us even though we had just come off a 9-hour bus journey. We had to wait 15 minutes for them to deign to check us in, even though we had booked online and prepaid. The room itself is not worthy of a 4-star. The blanket had cigarette burn marks, and the shower door handle is taped up with duct tape. One day it's going to come off in a guest's hand and they'll be trapped in the shower since there’s no other grip! The TV is low-end and tiny. As soon as your neighbor flushes or runs water, the pipes make the walls shake and cause an infernal racket. The worst part is probably the shameful rudeness of the staff, who don’t even say hello or thank you. The worst is the young blond guy, who didn’t say a word to me and instead of putting the key in my outstretched hand, he preferred to place it on the counter with a disgusted look. So we don’t like disabled customers? Finally, at checkout, they tried to charge me the tourist tax a SECOND TIME. The employee refused to believe I had paid it upon arrival — even though he knows perfectly well that if you don’t pay the tax at check-in, you don’t get the key!"
The price I paid was not justified by the quality of the stay, and the customer service was extremely disappointing. I booked a room that was advertised as having a view of the inner garden and a bathtub, but neither of these features were included. Instead, the room looked out onto an empty lot covered with graffiti. I checked in late at night, and when I complained because the room they gave me was clearly inferior to the one I had booked, the staff refused to reimburse the difference in price. Without a doubt, this has been the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
