Absolutely loved this hotel! Everything about our stay was wonderful. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The room was beautifully designed, very clean, and comfortable, and the bed was especially comfortable. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
Location is amazing, and one of the rare hotels where the rooms actually look better in person than in the photos (seriously, they’re so cute)! However, the highlight is the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Whether it be figuring out logistics, making restaurant recommendations, or helping us plan a perfect day, the front desk team could do it all. Kudos to an amazing group, and a phenomenal hotel.
Absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Indigo. We couldn’t have chosen a better located hotel for us! I gave the room 4 stars, only because we didn’t have a view & it was slightly dark. The light needed to be on all the time. As far as space goes it was great (we booked a Queen Premium) The bed was so comfortable, the bathroom was a great size & the cleanliness of the Hotel was excellent. Well done to the housekeeping staff. Every member of staff we met were so friendly & welcoming , with a special shout out to Riccardo on reception. He was superb & a real asset to the Hotel. He helped us secure tickets for an AC Milan game & gave us directions on how to get to San Siro. He was so welcoming & friendly from the minute we arrived , also Francesco, he was another lovely guy. He & his team in the bar were all so friendly & professional. A stay here is a must if you’re ever lucky enough to visit Milan. Well done & thank you for a fantastic stay!
Our family had a wonderful experience here. We stayed here for one night before heading to Lake Como. The service was fantastic. The rooms were very well kept (and very cold during extreme heat). And the location was perfect, walking distance to the Milan cathedral and a lot of shopping and restaurants. It was perfect for what we wanted.
We had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially with the ZTL fee for driving into the Duomo area. They also stored our luggage after check-out so we could go shopping, which we really appreciated. The downsides were the small rooms, poor soundproofing, and the fact that only one small bottle of water was provided even if you are more than one. The coffee machine was also placed in such a tight space that we had to move everything around it just to plug it in and make coffee. Overall, the service was excellent, but there are a few small details that could make the stay much more comfortable.
