I stayed at this hotel in Milan, but I was very disappointed. The staff were not friendly or welcoming. Sometimes they were aggressive, and I felt disrespected. The room I was given seemed to be next to a storage or service area. This was not what I expected from a four-star hotel. The breakfast was not good. The breakfast area was also quite dirty and below the standard I expected from a four-star hotel. The staff in the breakfast area were very aggressive and disrespectful. I felt uncomfortable and even afraid to ask for a simple cappuccino. However, I would like to thank Antonio. I saw his name on his T-shirt. He was very kind, respectful, and professional. When I asked him for a cappuccino, he was very polite and helpful. I really appreciated his good service. The room also had many problems. Netflix did not work, the safety box did not work, and the sauna did not work. I tried to use the sauna two times, but it was not working. I paid a lot of money for this hotel, but I did not feel comfortable or respected. The hotel needs to improve its cleanliness, staff behavior, and customer service. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously. I am very unhappy with my stay, and I would not come back to this hotel again.

Room: Very small and dated rooms for the price. Bed and pillows weren't great. Shower was awfully designed. AC did not work well, we cooked in our rooms at night. Facilities: While it does have a pool, sauna, and a steam room. The steam and Suana did not get very hot at all, big disappointment there. Many of the lockers were broken as well. Gym is alright for general use. Staff was friendly and helpful everytime we entered and exited. Very impressed.
Great location, lots of shops and restaurants around it. Next to a metro stop, and about a 10 minute walk from Milan Central Station. The hotel itself is nice, all the staff we encountered were wonderful, especially towards our daughter. The breakfast buffet is excellent, our room was large and spacious, the only downside was that the pillows are awful.
I stayed at this hotel in Milan and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the metro, which makes it easy to get around the city. A special thanks to Alexander and Stefania for their kindness and helpful attitude throughout my stay. the staff really made a difference. The breakfast was adequate, though it could benefit from a bit more variety. The rooftop area is a nice touch, perfect for sitting and enjoying a drink after a long day in the city. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay and would happily recommend this place to friends visiting Milan.
A perfect reset stop in Milan — UNA HOTELS Galles Milano. I booked UNA HOTELS Galles Milano after specifically searching for a hotel with a gym, spa, steam room, dry sauna, and wellness facilities, and honestly, it exceeded expectations. From the beginning, everything felt smooth and well managed. The check-in was fast, the reception team was welcoming, and I was given a room called “Otello”, which had a beautiful traditional style, spacious layout, and a very elegant atmosphere. What made the difference for me was the wellness setup: * 24-hour gym access, which allowed me to train after arriving from my trip * Spa and pool open until 7 PM, perfect to unwind and recover * Dry sauna, steam sauna, relaxation areas — all very well maintained Thanks to that combination, I arrived tired from travel and left the next morning feeling genuinely restored and recharged. The hotel also provides everything properly: * towels * bathrobes * wellness amenities * all clean, organized, and carefully maintained The gym has everything necessary for a solid session, and the spa area is exactly what you want for recovery during travel. A special mention to Nicole G. at reception. She handled my checkout incredibly efficiently. I had requested the invoice the day before, expecting the usual waiting process, but when I arrived downstairs, everything was already prepared. Professional, fast, and very kind. Another detail that says a lot about the hotel’s attitude: I had taken a bottle of water from the minibar and expected to pay the €3 charge, but they simply told me not to worry about it. Small gesture, big impact. This hotel understands something important: travelers don’t just need a room — sometimes they need to recover. And this place does that very well. And super close to Milano Centrale train station. Every time I need to stay one, two, or three nights in Milan from now on, this will very likely be my hotel of choice.
