After a third-party booking agent unexpectedly canceled my hotel reservation despite the full payment having already been made, I found myself in a very stressful and frustrating situation. However, Mina went above and beyond his duties to help me. He took the initiative to find me an alternative room, handled the situation with remarkable composure and understanding, and turned what could have been a truly unpleasant experience into a much more reassuring and positive one. What made the difference was not only his willingness to help, but also his kindness, patience, welcoming attitude, and ability to handle a difficult situation with such grace and professionalism. He made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for at a time when I needed assistance the most. Mina is a true asset to the hotel, and his attitude reflects the very best of hospitality. Rooms are super small but what can you expect in this busling city. The service was excellent. We wanted a room that didn't smell like smoke and they changed it right away. Our luggage was bought up quickly. It's easy to get to the shopping store and restaurants without transportation. Everything was within walking distance.

I stayed at this hotel for three days at the end of August, and I had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, modern, very clean, and in an excellent location. The rooms and facilities were well-maintained and spotless. The staff were extremely respectful, helpful, friendly, and always smiling, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I wish them all the best, and I will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future. I highly recommend it!

A wonderful stay. Everyone here goes out of their way to help you — the staff are kind, patient and genuinely welcoming, and nothing was ever too much trouble. We travelled with our infant son, and that made the difference even clearer. The warmth of the team turned a simple hotel stay into part of what made our trip good. The location works well for exploring the city, and after six nights we'd happily come back. I'd recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Milan.
