Plain room, but I was not in Milan to sit in a hotel room. Bed was good, breakfast was good. Efficient, helpful and friendly staff. Close to Centrale, good value.

Terrible Experience at Hotel Colombia, Milan – Incorrectly Reported as a No-Show After Checking In We booked and fully paid for two rooms at Hotel Colombia in Milan through Booking.com. Upon arrival, we physically checked in, received our room keys, and entered Rooms 301 and 210. Unfortunately, the advertised air conditioning was not functioning in either room. We immediately reported the issue to reception, but it remained unresolved. We were told to wait until 7:30 AM for the manager. After hours of unsuccessful attempts to resolve the situation, we had no choice but to leave and pay for another hotel. We returned both room keys to reception before leaving. What shocked us most was discovering that the hotel subsequently reported us to Booking.com as a NO-SHOW, despite our having checked in and entered both rooms. We have video evidence from the rooms, payment confirmation, and correspondence documenting our complaint. We have formally disputed the no-show classification, and our refund request remains unresolved. I am sharing this experience so other travelers can make informed decisions. Hotel Colombia Milan – I request that management correct the inaccurate no-show report and resolve our outstanding refund request.

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Columbia in Milan. Although my stay was only for one night and just a few hours, everything exceeded my expectations. My flight was very early in the morning, so I had to leave the hotel at 5:00 a.m., long before breakfast service started at 7:00 a.m. To my surprise, the hotel prepared a packed breakfast for me the evening before and even brought it to my room. This thoughtful gesture was truly exceptional and made me feel genuinely cared for. The hotel was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The staff was kind, professional, and genuinely hospitable throughout my stay. For only €99, I honestly did not expect such outstanding service. It was a wonderful surprise, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the care shown by the staff. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again when visiting Milan.

We stayed at this hotel during a long holiday weekend and had a good experience. The location is very convenient, close to the train station, which makes getting around the city much easier. The rooms are good, comfortable, and pleasant. The only point that could be improved is the breakfast, as it does not offer many options. However, the staff were very kind and attentive throughout our stay.
