We booked Hotel Ariston because it was advertised on Booking.com as having parking available for guests. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were informed that the hotel does not actually have its own parking facilities. Instead, we were directed to a nearby public parking garage, which cost an additional €35 per day. This was very disappointing, as the availability of parking was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. The information provided online is misleading.
Had a great stay in the hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the centre of things. Excellent service from all staff - I can only remember Salvatore but they were all wonderful. Comfy beds, super quiet, shower was great. Decent breakfast. Great view from the roof. Also their airport shuttle is almost the same price as a regular taxi definitely do it if you're in a group.
Fantastic location and modern design. The rooftop deck was under construction but the view there is amazing. The elevators win the prize for the smallest elevators ever.
We just returned from a stay at the hotel. The hotel is very clean, beautiful, and in an excellent location. The breakfast was good. The dining room staff were very kind and pleasant. There was one employee—who was always smiling and fulfilled every request with patience and a smile. I regret not asking for his name. The only reason I get 4 star and not five is because the reception staff, they were rude and impatient. They could learn a lot from their colleagues in the dining room.
I had a fairly good stay at this hotel. The prices were reasonable and the staff were polite and professional, which made the experience more pleasant. There was a bit of delay in the service at times, which could be improved. The location was decent — accessible, but not perfect. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience.
