It was a wonderful stay at this apartment. The service was very good, and the staff were amazing. They were always available on WhatsApp, answered all our questions, and helped us a lot during our stay. The apartment is in a great location, only about a 5-minute walk from the Duomo. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and beautiful. I really enjoyed staying here and would definitely come back on my next vacation. Highly recommended!
VERY UNSAFE EXPERIENCE. I will never stay here again. We were trapped in the old elevator for about ONE HOUR — 4 women and a 3-year-old child — in a tiny space with almost no air. We felt like we were suffocating, some of us almost fainted, and the child got sick. There was NO security, NO staff in the building, and NO cameras to notice we were trapped. When we contacted the apartment, they contacted elevator maintenance instead of getting us immediate help. The maintenance team arrived about TWO HOURS later. This was an emergency, not a normal maintenance issue. The staff were slow and not helpful. I will NEVER come back. This place did not feel safe at all, especially for families with children.
Beautiful, beautiful and beautiful!!!! Among the choices you can make, this apartment really can’t fail you! The location is perfect, just near every attraction and shops. The apartment is really nice, super clean, the style makes you relaxed and u can feel like if you’re at home. The service is great. Everything is well placed inside the bathroom, kitchen, living room. We were welcomed by Ms. Michela, which explained us everything perfectly and available at any time. 10/10
We had an amazing stay in this apartment in Milan! Everything was absolutely perfect. The apartment was spotless, very clean, modern, and beautifully maintained. You can tell that a lot of care and attention to detail has gone into every aspect of the place. The location was excellent, and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable, the facilities were great, and everything was well organized. The host was friendly, helpful, and communication was easy throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Milan. Thank you for a wonderful experience! 😊🏡✨
The location and the size of the apartment couldn't be better for being so central to Milan. Transportation was great both on foot and by transit. There was a little grocery store downstairs which was convenient. The apartment was very spacious and allowed us to stretch out over an extended stay. After checking in we were guided to our apartment in the nearby building by a good looking front desk staff named Antonio who explained everything. He was helpful in answering our questions. The place was well stocked with complimentary water and soft drinks as well as a welcome snack. Staff was also prompt in resolving issues. Cleaning was not everyday but for our duration the allocated amount was enough. The bedding and beds were comfortable and clean, though the towels were a little rough. TV didn't seem to have international channels which wasn't an issue for us. Apartment had a good quality kettle and microwave, didn't use the stove or oven. Shower water pressure was great! No problems with running out of hot water, and no sewage smell in the bathroom. Soundproofing wasn't the best though, but overall a clean and well appointed apartment in a good location with helpful staff.
