We were only staying one short night. Our plane was delayed so we were stuck in Milano until the next morning to catch the first train home. We chose the hotel because of 24/7 front desk and it was amazing! People at the desk super nice even told us we should just order food to the hotel and eat it in the room since we arrived at 23:00 and had to leave at 5:00 already. The room was amazing especially the shower. 10/10 we are staying here again!
We stayed at the hotel from August 19 to August 24. Unfortunately, the breakfast was quite disappointing and lacked variety. The same plate was served every morning, with no change throughout our stay. The waiter even forgot to bring the ham and cheese we had requested. The bread also appeared to be frozen rather than fresh, which further reduced the overall quality of the breakfast. For a hotel breakfast, we expected a more diverse selection, especially for guests staying several days. Adding more variety and changing the menu from day to day would make the breakfast experience much more enjoyable. Also, there is not lobby at the hotel but rather high chairs with high tables set there for breakfast.
The location is excellent, and the rooms were tidy, clean, and modernly designed. The rooms are quite small, though. During our stay, the temperature reached 38°C, and while the air conditioning worked adequately, it sometimes felt like there wasn’t enough fresh air in the room. Overall, this hotel is a great choice if you’re mainly looking for a comfortable place to sleep.
Very bad hotel, and the service was terrible. The hotel manager has very poor communication with guests and even handles problems over the phone instead of in person. So if you have any issue, do not expect proper service. Huge scammers. There were no towels in our room. After requesting them, we waited three hours and eventually had to go back to the reception again to ask for them. The shower cabin has no door and opens directly into the room. Terrible! I could not sleep the whole night because of the constant noise and banging. The lighting in the room is very poor. If you want proper light to get ready or do your makeup, this is definitely not the room for you. A complete disappointment. This hotel does not deserve 4 stars in terms of service, room comfort, beauty, or equipment.
We had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel, which is supposed to be a 4-star establishment. From the moment we arrived, everything went wrong. We had to change rooms twice. In the first room, the noise was unbearable. There was no soap, no water provided, plastic cups instead of proper glasses, and the sink was clogged. The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, and the overall level of comfort was far below expectations. Unfortunately, the situation did not improve. In the last room, the noise was still unacceptable. We did not sleep at all during the night due to people shouting, running in the corridors, and constant noise from furniture being moved. It honestly felt more like a hostel than a 4-star hotel. When we complained at the reception and asked to speak with the manager, we were told that the manager was not working today and would only be available from tomorrow. This is absolutely not normal for a hotel of this standard. To make matters worse, the hotel refused to refund us, even for the night we are not going to stay, as we have decided to leave today after this terrible experience. Overall, this was a complete disaster. We did not sleep at all, and the service and comfort were unacceptable. I strongly do not recommend this hotel.
