I stayed at Piazza Santo Stefano 5 from Tuesday, May 26 until Thursday, May 28, 2026, with my wife and another couple. The apartment is beautiful and perfectly located. Unfortunately, the air conditioning unit was not working and wasn't repaired until late the next day-the night before we were leaving. It was 95 degrees in Milan! The second issue was the power - would go out when you turned on a light switch. Management's response was to give us instructions to reset the fuse. There clearly was something wrong. No one ever came to check on the electric. This happened repeatedly. Management never offered to relocate us to another apartment. I contacted Heart Milan Apartments when I returned home to ask for a partial refund. They offered a voucher. Which is useless since I don't plan to go to Milan anytime soon.

DANGER OF EXTORTION AND ROBBERY!!!!! DONT BOOK HERE !!! Extremely negative and concerning experience. From the beginning, customer service was practically nonexistent. The booking and access system was overly complicated, confusing, and unreliable, especially for a business that claims to provide secure short-term accommodations. The area also felt unsafe, and the building itself is old and poorly maintained, very different from the professional image presented online. The most serious issue happened after making the reservation: we began receiving suspicious phone calls, SMS messages, and emails containing highly sensitive and accurate information about our stay, including names, dates, and duration of the reservation. We also encountered duplicate websites and fake communications impersonating this business, to the point where it became impossible to know who was actually legitimate. The situation became serious enough that we contacted the police. We were advised not to go to the property and to request a refund for safety reasons. Despite this, the business completely refused to issue any refund. I cannot confirm who was responsible for the data leaks or fraudulent activity, but the entire experience raises major concerns regarding customer safety and the handling of personal information.

I would like to share my experience during my stay at the apartment located at 5Piazza Santo Stefano5, Milan, which was booked through their official website for 11 nights, with the full amount paid in advance before arrival. The apartment was described as having air conditioning, which was one of the main reasons we chose it. However, upon arrival, we discovered that the air conditioning system only produced hot air and did not function as a cooling unit. Mr. Konstantin, who handed us the keys, confirmed that the device was an air conditioner and promised to provide us with a portable air conditioning unit if we needed additional cooling. After the first night, it became clear that the unit was functioning as a heater, not an air conditioner, making the apartment extremely hot and unsuitable for sleeping. We were later provided with a portable unit, but it was placed only in the living room, and the cool air did not reach the bedroom at all, as the living room and bedroom are completely separate. Despite our repeated communication with the company and the fact that they sent a technician multiple times over three days, the issue was never resolved. Due to the high temperature and the lack of proper air conditioning, we requested either to be moved to another accommodation (since the full amount had already been paid) or to receive a refund, but both requests were denied. Later, Ms. Paola informed us that a refund would only be possible if the apartment was rented to someone else after our departure, which should took place the next day before 11:00 a.m. (we left at 10:30 a.m. as she requested). She also explained that there is a regulation in Milan prohibiting the use of cooling air conditioning in October. However, after leaving, we moved to a nearby hotel just a seven-minute walk away, where the air conditioning worked perfectly and could be fully controlled. I would also like to mention a few additional points: • The keys had a strong rusty odor. • The toilet was extremely small and unsuitable for people of average build or pregnant women. • The sink and shower area were also very small, and water leaked outside the bathroom. • There was very little space between the toilet and the sink. • There was constant noise from outside the apartment. Based on the above, we requested a full refund for seven nights in addition to the city tax, regardless of whether the apartment was re-rented or not, since it did not match the advertised specifications and caused significant discomfort during our stay. To this day, our request has not been accepted, and our last message to them has been ignored. After posting my review on Google on October 17, 2025, Ms. Paola contacted us on October 19, 2025, informing us that the amount would be refunded along with the city tax. She also mentioned that the responsible person would contact us the following day to provide more details. However, no one has contacted us until today, and many of our WhatsApp messages have been ignored. I would like to point out that the company’s employees are not honest in their dealings and tend to make false promises before disappearing. Their real goal seems to be collecting money, not building trust or customer satisfaction. Therefore, I strongly advise everyone not to deal with this company, as they lack credibility and transparency in all their interactions.

We had the most wonderful stay at Heart Milan Apartments! The apartment was absolutely lovely clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our daughter’s 15th birthday! The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful from the moment we arrived, which made our stay even more special. The location is perfect right in the heart of Milan, with easy access to all the main attractions, shops, and restaurants. We truly had an unforgettable time and would definitely recommend Heart Milan Apartments to anyone visiting the city. We can’t wait to come back! ❤️🇮🇹 thank you
