Stayed in Milan for a week. I am Marriott ambassador elite. The location is great right across train station.. but also are with good restaurants and very walkable even though outside the city core. The room was great, I was upgraded which I really appreciated celebrating special occasion. The room was nice, beautiful washroom and high quality towels. The air conditioning was good..breakfast in mornings was also very good. Good hotel and also offers shuttle service to city core. Highly recommend.
Hotel Gallia exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional. The staff was wonderfully diverse, which was great to see, and everyone I encountered was genuinely polite, welcoming, and attentive.
The rooms were beautiful, spotless, and maintained with impressive attention to detail. I have stayed at many hotels around the world, but Hotel Gallia truly stood out and left a lasting impression. The entire experience felt luxurious, comfortable, and personal. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Milan.

A special thank you to Zheng at breakfast, who took such great care of us every morning. She was incredibly attentive, warm, and caring, always making sure we had everything we needed. Her thoughtful service really stood out and made our breakfasts, and our stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.
We had the pleasure of staying here during our trip to Milan, and we were blown away. We loved the beautiful lobby and were amazed at the standard of the hotel rooms, the doors were like bank vaults and if you are worried about the sound of the train station- the room is very sound proof! We had a lovely balcony view looking at the station and we slept wonderful! The staff were so attentive and Paulo the head bellman walked our luggage over to the train station at our departure! Just above and beyond - he also took a great photo of us when we came back from dinner. The shuttle into the city center was a lovely bonus and the rooftop and spa were also fabulous. We had room service too and it was exceptional after a long hot day of touring - was the perfect treat! I could go on - I will def be back! Thank you for an amazing experience!
Excelsior Hotel Gallia is my home in Milan, and it gets better every single time I come back. The staff treat me like family from the moment I walk through the door. They remember my preferences, they anticipate what I need, and nothing is ever too much trouble.
The panoramic suite is stunning. Floor to ceiling views over the city, beautifully finished, and the outdoor terrace is the highlight. Morning coffee or an evening drink up there with Milan spread out in front of you is hard to beat anywhere in Europe.
The location could not be better. You are right at Centrale, which makes trains, the airport, and the rest of the city effortless, and you are still minutes from everything worth seeing.
The breakfast is genuinely one of the best in the world. Not an exaggeration. The quality, the variety, and the service all match anything I have experienced at the top hotels anywhere.
The spa is a wonderful feature as well and a perfect way to reset after a long travel day or a full day of meetings.
Five stars without hesitation. If you are coming to Milan, stay here.
