What can I say about this place other than 20/10. Ambience, service, cosy all 10 on 10. Near to tram stops. Easy to get around Milan. They were too patient with our questions and demands. Make sure you take their breakfast which is 10/10. Lovely friendly staff. Thank you Enterprise Hotel for our memorable stay.
Our stay at Enterprise Hotel in Milan was excellent from start to finish. A special thank you goes to Leipzig 🙏 from the breakfast team. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. My wife has celiac disease, and thanks to the hotel’s outstanding gluten-free options, breakfast was completely stress-free for us. There was a dedicated area with packaged gluten-free products, prepared and stored separately. The staff also prepared a gluten-free omelet with great attention to avoiding cross-contamination and even arranged a fresh fruit salad separately for my wife. This level of care and understanding made a huge difference to our stay. We truly felt welcomed and looked after. I can only leave my highest praise and recommendation. If you are wondering where to stay in Milan, Enterprise Hotel is definitely the right choice.
Enterprise Hotel was beautiful. The lobby gives you a great impression right when you walk in, you are greeted with a pleasant resort smell, and a spacious comfortable lobby, with plenty of places to sit, and some complimentary gummy candies at the reception counter. This hotel felt very luxurious, but for an affordable price. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with individual air conditioning control in your room. The breakfast is absolutely worth it, this was the biggest and best breakfast spread I've seen in my travels across Europe- there is a made to order egg/omelette station, pancakes, endless baked goods, yogurt, oatmeal with toppings, fresh fruit, and many other options. My only complaint about Enterprise is that the beds are quite hard and not all that comfortable, but that is a minor setback in comparison to the rest of the resort. We will absolutely look to stay at Enterprise and other Planeteria hotels in our future travels!
Beautiful Hotel, Lovely and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and well looked after. Make sure to read the leaflets in the room as what is free and what isn’t free in your room. Street Tax was a bit of a shock when we checked in but other than that we enjoyed our stay.
The Enterprise Hotel is located in a peaceful area. You do not hear the cars or trams passing by unless you are outside. Great transport links to the central area. The area is definitely worth a walk round in itself. There are supermarkets very nearby, around a 10 minute walk. Staff are polite, professional and friendly. I would recommend this hotel.
