I stayed here in November 2025 and had a great experience. The location is very central, well-connected, and feels completely safe, which made moving around the city incredibly easy. But what truly made my stay special was the staff. I want to highlight Ilaria in particular. She helped me every time I needed something, always with genuine kindness and warmth. When someone goes above and beyond like that, it deserves to be recognized!

Ilaria was very friendly and nice! Ive been learning italian and she tried to speak a little with myself and my girlfriend. She also helped call us a 6am cab to make aure we got to our train. Rooms had fun paintings and the location was really close to the shopping and restaurant in Brera
I would personally avoid this hotel. Rooms: The rooms are small and dark - even superior double. There is a strong smell of sewage that permeates the hotel a few times each day and night. It’s disgusting. The bed sheets are a mess and suggest that they are not suitable for hotels as they come off so easily. Service: Service is hit and miss. Some receptionists are friendly, others (long haired blonde woman), should not be working in hospitality industry. She wouldn’t even give us additional milk packet for tea… Noise: Rooms facing onto the back street face noises ALL NIGHT LONG. Street cleaners, cars, people. Extremely noisy throughout the night.
Stayed here a few years ago. Little quiet boutique hotel located in an amazing location in Milan. The hotel is very modern; the rooms are all very new, clean, and spacious. Very nice facilities. Friendly staff as well. An extra bonus, one of the best free hotel breakfasts I think I've ever had in all my years of traveling. Would definitely stay at again.
The hotel is nice and the staff are friendly. It is centrally located (around a 10 minute walk to the Duomo). The room was very spacious and most importantly clean. The bathroom was also spacious, clean and you are provided with all the necessary toiletries. I would suggest bringing an extension cord and universal adapter as there aren’t many outlets in the room. Also the breakfast was very basic. However, overall I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone wishing to visit Milan.
