our first time trip to italy and milan was our first destination and i just want to say that Yasmina, Jhon, Sofia and the entire team was more than fantastic.

Honestly the location of the hotel is very good and the Staff is professional and very respectful. i stayed for 3 nights and 2 of those nights i requested coffee late at night and they were more than happy to help, i changed the arrival time twice and they accommodated me, on arrival we literally got to the room in less than 10 mins.

The hotel left a very positive impression, primarily due to its strategic location. Being just a few minutes' walk from Milano Centrale station makes it an ideal choice for those using airport shuttles or traveling across Italy by train.
What I liked:
Professional Staff: The reception team is highly professional. Check-in was fast, and the staff were polite and always ready to assist with city information or taxi bookings.
Cleanliness: The hotel and the rooms were spotless. Housekeeping does an excellent job, and towels were changed regularly.
Breakfast: A very solid selection for a city hotel. There is a good variety of cold cuts, pastries, and high-quality Italian coffee.
Areas for Improvement:
Space: The Standard rooms are quite compact. If you are staying for several days or have a lot of luggage, it can feel a bit cramped.
Soundproofing: You can occasionally hear noise from the hallway or neighboring rooms. For a hotel of this caliber, I would expect better acoustic isolation.
