Brera Apartments In San Fermo

We stayed at the apartment in Porta Nuova. The location of this apartment is absolutely perfect and the main reason we booked it. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The apartment was extremely dusty when we arrived. One of the bathrooms was dirty, with hair everywhere, mold, and a bad smell. There wasn’t even a small shelf to put your toiletries on, which made using the bathroom very inconvenient. The washing machine didn’t work, there were no dishwasher tablets provided, and there was only a very limited amount of toilet paper. The bed was also dirty, with stains on the bedding, which made it feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. It’s such a shame because this apartment has the potential to be a great place to stay, especially given its fantastic location. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing due to the lack of cleanliness and maintenance. I sincerely hope the owners take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements, because with proper cleaning and better attention to detail, this could be a wonderful apartment.

Between Duomo Milano and Centrale, easy to walk to everything. Sweet Bar and Cafe close by spilling out onto the streets until late. Grocery store just a block away and so many cafes to choose from.

I booked 2 apartments. and we really fell in love with accommodation. It’s very family-friendly. and very comfortable. Each room had its own shower. We were well received and I highly recommend this accommodation. there are restaurants, shops 2 mins walk , and metro station a few mins walk away. and the place is very secure Thank u Brera Apartments for this wonderful stay

On a touristic visit to Milan, we (a couple) spent four nights at one of the Via Fermo apartments (second floor). We found it an excellent choice for our purposes. The room + kitchen area was big, very clean, and quiet. The kitchen amenities and the bed were of superior quality. The apartment service people were highly responsive to small hiccups (for example, we had trouble with the internet connection, a problem quite usual in Italy these days). The location put us close to the Brera museum and the Duomo area. At the same time, sightseeing landmarks like Santa Maria Dell’ Grazie (Last Supper) and the Sforza Castle were in easy walking distance. We were very happy with our choice.
