Lovely place to stay in Milan! The location was the only downside for me as stations were a little walk away which can be difficult with luggage and in the heat. Managed to make it work though and as someone who enjoys walking this was what i wanted when exploring the city. The rooms were completely clean and comfortable and above what I expected for what I paid! The minibar in room was also cheap - great for a quick snack. The elevator was slightly small but as a solo traveller this wasn’t an issue for me, can imagine it would be difficult for groups larger than 2 however. The staff here were also lovely and made check-in/ check-out great, offering to carry my bags up/ down stairs.

I would like to thank the team of the hotel for great work! They are so kind and friendly! I also like breakfast and the fact that hotel is located in a calm area.

A very nice kitch hôtel with patterned carpet and an old style feeling. Rooms are small but ok. Clean rooms and personal is helpful and friendly.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. The photos online are completely misleading—clearly staged and heavily edited. In reality, the hotel is outdated, shabby, and feels stuck in another era. The rooms have worn-out furniture, and a run-down feel. The air conditioning doesn’t work at all, and based on the many reviews saying the exact same thing, this is clearly a long-standing issue. Yet the hotel staff acts as if it’s the first time they’re hearing it. I ended up here only because of a cancelled flight, and it was hands down the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. If you have any choice, stay elsewhere.
