Reading previous reviews, I was a little worried about the room and street noise. Once at the hotel the staff were very friendly, the room spacious, clean and comfortable. There was absolutely zero noise from the busy street below or adjoining rooms. Perfectly located to Lima Metro station, virtually steps away. Easy walking distance to Milan Centrale. If you are a shopper....great shopping along the street. Would definately recommend
The best experience ever in Milan, if I will go again in Milan, I will stay for sure in this Hotel * After awriting this comment, we came again one more time in Milan and we stayed again to this wonderful hotel and everything was amazing like the first time! Thank you so much. We loved every day and every night in this hotel and thanks to the reception team that helped us with allocation of their room and gave us the best experience ever!
The Best Western Hotel City Milano staff (reception, cleaning ladies, breakfast personnel) were extremely professional and kind. The room was spacious, modern, and, most importantly, very clean. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is strategically located in a central location, next to one of the M1 underground stations, a few minutes away from the Duomo and main shopping area. Highly recommended.
Close to the metro close to everything.. This hotel is just about location.. You have the basics of facilities.. Good room with AC, the bathroom is quite small.. breakfast is good.. Thats about it, but the location is unbeatable .
I stayed here for business and was impressed most by the friendly reception staff who were very polite and helpful. The room was clean and had complimentary mini bar included, so I enjoyed my drinks on the rooftop terrace in the sun. The location is very handy with plenty of transport, restaurants and bars nearby. I would definitely stay here again.
