I booked this hotel specifically for the pool and was disappointed that not only did it cost extra, but it had weird and inaccessible hours, so I never got to use it. The rooms were very nice though, cold AC and comfortable bed. Unfortunately this hotel is very out of the way, so plan accordingly if you're visiting Milan. The front desk staff was mostly nice but it was a bit of a hassle trying to retrieve my bags that I had stored.
Excellent stay at the hotel. Stayed for the weekend of the Italian Grand Prix. 17 min walk to the nearest train station but there is a shuttle bus that can drop you off in a very central spot in Milan. Room was clean, comfortable and well stocked. No complaints. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Brent L. was especially good as they looked after us in the restaurant on both nights we ate there. Miguel on the bar was also an excellent host. Quality of the food was superb so don't overlook this restaurant. Entrecote Steak and the Lombard Risotto were our stand outs. Very good spot if you want to have Milan close by.
Staying here for the second time, although location is far of the center, the hotel is good and clean and the service is amazing. Also I want to thank the guy name Ismail on the reception very polite very helpful. Easy to communicate with, he also can speak excellent English and Arabic. I strongly recommend this hotel 👍🏻
Larger rooms than Holiday Inn Express in Amsterdam and Zurich. Shower is not private. Bathroom has bidet. Taxis are the ride. Drivers go fast thru alleyways. Lot of accidents on the news. Breakfast has bacon, mushrooms, and wide selection pastries. Need more dice and sliced fruit. Why there has been no watermelon is strange. Orange juice here is fake.
We made a spontaneous booking at this hotel in Milan after deciding to leave a day earlier than originally planned. After a rather disappointing experience at a previous stay within an IHG affiliated hotel despite being a Platinum member I was hesitant about choosing a similar IHG member hotel again. However, the excellent reviews convinced me to give this hotel a try. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised. We received two complimentary drinks, and in the room we found water, biscuits, and small cakes waiting for us. The room was spotless, very well maintained, with a perfect temperature and no noise at all. We were given a room on a higher floor, and the view was beautiful. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The bar service was excellent, and the bartender was very friendly. Both check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, and the option for late check-in and late check-out was a big plus. What I appreciated the most was the bed and pillows they were incredibly comfortable and allowed us to sleep very well. Overall, the hotel is very clean, not only in the rooms but also in all common areas, and it is very well maintained. It was a truly pleasant experience.
