Exceptional hospitality – a wonderful stay in Milan! We had a fantastic stay at AXYHOTELS InnStyle Milano and would happily return. The hotel is stylish, comfortable and very well located, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and easy access to the metro for the Duomo, the Leonardo da Vinci Museum and other parts of Milan. What really makes this hotel special, however, is the staff. Everyone was incredibly warm, friendly and helpful. A very special thank you to Walter, who helped me arrange a surprise for my husband’s 60th birthday. He organised everything beautifully – flowers, Prosecco and a wonderful birthday breakfast delivered to our room, complete with a little cake and candle. We enjoyed it on our balcony and it became such a special memory from our trip. Thank you, Walter, for your kindness, care and attention to detail! We would also especially like to thank Ana, who was always so cheerful, warm and welcoming when serving us coffee and drinks. She made us smile every time we met her. We also really appreciated the complimentary lunch and dinner buffets – such a thoughtful and convenient extra, especially after a long day exploring Milan when you simply want something to eat without going out again. A wonderful hotel with genuinely exceptional hospitality. Five stars from us – we would definitely stay here again!

The staff are exceptional and do everything they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible! Special thanks to the manager Sandi, he was incredibly attentive and caring. Breakfast is fresh and varied, complimentary snacks and drinks are available in the coworking area for most of the day, and the minibar is included — a really lovely touch. If I could make one small suggestion, it would be to add a few hot appetizers during the aperitif time and to serve mozzarella sticks while they are still warm. We had a lovely, quiet room with a view. The windows provide good soundproofing, though occasionally some noise from neighboring rooms may be heard. There is also a terrace and a gym, which we will definitely enjoy the next time. The hotel has a good location — it’s easy to reach the city centre and not far from the train station. We were very tired, but this place was such a highlight for us during those days. I’d give it more than 5 stars if I could — definitely a hotel I’d love to return to!

My family and I stayed at AXYHOTELS, and the 24-hour light snacks and mini bar were such a wonderful surprise! The room was also spotlessly clean. Most importantly, the front desk and dining staff were amazingly warm and friendly! I feel so embarrassed for my foolish mistake—misunderstanding the amenities provided for suites versus standard rooms and going to the front desk to request them—but everyone was so kind and helpful. This place is a true gem in Milan, and I will definitely be back!

Such an amazing stay! -Great location close to metro stops, trams and train station -Good restaurants close by -All of the staff were so friendly and helpful -Free food and drinks all day and night! (Lunch and aperitivo buffet, snack bar, mini bar in room) -Terrace which is lovely in the summer to have a wine outside before heading to dinner -Gym available, however, I didn’t have time to use this -My only downfall was the soundproofing from other rooms, I was woken up by hearing a door slam a couple of times Overall I would still rate the property 5/5 for the experience
