Thank you...
That expresses my opinion but I believe you deserve much more in description.
We've spent our engagement trip in Avani Moscova in Milan. During my booking I mentioned the plan and the staff truly rose to the occasion - perfect room, hand-written card, chilled wine, fruits... Thank you, guys!
Beside that, the hotel is very cozy and comfortable for a few-day stay in Milan. Very good breakfast, clean rooms, access to a little spa, water in the room.
We received such attentive care that our stay will definitely be one of the most unforgettable experiences in our lives.
Grazie mille!
From the moment I arrived, the team at Avani Hotel made me feel truly welcome. The service was exceptional in every way—professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable.
The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the attention to detail is outstanding. It’s clear that everyone here takes pride in creating a wonderful experience for their guests.
Thank you to the entire Avani team for your kindness and hospitality. I had an amazing stay, and I will absolutely be coming back. I can’t wait to see you all again!

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Avani. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it a very pleasant place to stay.
A special thank you to Stefanie and Thomas, who were amazing hosts throughout my visit. They were incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming, always going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their warm hospitality truly made my stay memorable.
I highly recommend Hotel Avani and would be happy to stay here again!
Absolutely loved my stay! The location is perfect, making it so easy to explore the city. The rooms were stylish, impeccably clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, and the breakfast spread was fantastic. Highly recommend!
We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would happily recommend it to others visiting Milan.
The location is excellent—very accessible, situated in a clean area, and quite quiet. What truly made our experience exceptional, however, was the incredible staff. A special thank you to Beatrice, Salvatore, and Thomaso for their kindness, professionalism, and wonderful hospitality. They provided us with fantastic recommendations and were always happy to help us navigate the city.
The hotel itself is clean and clearly very well maintained. We were also pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful touches throughout our stay. The staff were incredibly generous, providing complimentary bottles of water and even a lovely gift bag upon checkout, which was a very nice gesture. They also left us a nice postcard, which I thought was very thoughtful and made it feel more personal.
If I had to mention any drawbacks, it would be that the rooms are somewhat smaller than the average hotel room.
From check-in to check-out, our stay was nothing but positive.
