Terrible service. didn’t allow me to refund my room due to ongoing riots and how unsafe i felt staying in Milan at this time. Booked an expensive room as it was my honeymoon trip as well. Hope they have more empathy in the future

The service was exceptional, the room was clean, spacious and updated. The building is very old but the rooms are completely renovated. Location was great. Duomo was nearby, train station was near by as well. We were very happy with our service and reservation.

First the location is a complete winner. The staff are excellent and very helpful- though they are there only part time. The rooms are fine with nice sheets and a small kitchen. However it is not a four star hotel. It is an apartment in a sketchy building. The entrance is confusing. There are no hotel services. If you want a great location in Milan this is a great choice.

After a rather difficult journey to Italy, this hotel was a true blessing – especially as it happened to be my wife's birthday. From the moment we entered our room, we felt transported: the elegant “old money” design was simply stunning, and the bathroom left us speechless. The location couldn't be better – just a one-minute walk from the Duomo. In the morning, the streets are filled with the scent of fresh coffee – the true essence of Italian charm. A special thanks goes to the entire service team, especially Mr. Alfredo, whose warmth and professionalisme our stay even more memorable. The vintage elevator is also a real eye-catcher and adds to the hotel's unique character. Milan truly enchanted us – and this hotel played a big part in that. Next time, we’ll leave the problematic caravan at home, but we’re absolutely coming back to this hotel!
