The location is perfect but the room is not and my advice is try to do the reservation directly from the reception i did it online then they told me they are two different companies who's managing the building I stayed three hours waiting the other company to open the door of the building for me or to respond they don't have customer service my safe case got locked before my flight and am calling them to open it they replied after two hours and i got delayed on my flight Call the building directly or do the reservation from the reception as my advise

The room was perfect and the hotel was so safe especially that I came for a girls trip t(he building has a password and no one can enter it). Everything was fast and online so I didn’t even had to talk to anyone or do the check in by my own and even if I needed anything I text the hotel via whatsapp and they helped me with everything. And about the hotel location it was near the center and its really perfect I didn’t even had to use a car to go anywhere.

I absolutely hated my stay here. When we arrived, there was no one to welcome us, no reception, no check-in desk, no staff to explain anything. Everything is digital, and all communication is handled through WhatsApp with someone who is only available from 8 AM to 8 PM. If you have any issue after 8 PM, need help, or are not satisfied with something, there is simply no one to turn to. You’re left completely on your own – which is unacceptable. The room smelled strongly of smoke, which was awful and made it impossible to sleep. I booked for three people (two adults and one child), but there was no consideration at all for my child. I had to call to ask for a baby bed, and when it arrived, they just threw a pillow from the bed into the baby cot, leaving me without a pillow to sleep on. We also asked for help with the Area C / ZTL permit to access the city center with our car. The assistance we received was absolutely minimal. They just sent us a link (in Italian) and left us to figure it out on our own. Only later did we discover that it wasn’t even necessary during the weekend. This could have easily been communicated to us, but it wasn’t. On top of that, the apartment is located on a very busy street. I couldn’t sleep all night because of the loud noise from the café and restaurant right below. The only positive thing about this place is the location – it’s close to the main shopping streets. But overall, my experience was terrible, the service was extremely poor, and I would not recommend this apartment to anyone.

The room was good. But it only had one mirror which i think isn‘t enough for the price. The communication was over whatsapp and wasn‘t really organised. In the evening i texted them that our door isn‘t closing. He just told me how to close it even tho i said its not working. so we had an unlocked door for the whole evening. But the worst is that when we made the check-in i asked if we could leave our baggede there after we‘ve done the check-out in the morning. they sald it wouldn‘t be a problem. When we did the check-out they said we cauld leave them in our room till 12 but after that we‘d have to pay 10 euros per hour to leave them there. i think its RIDICULOUS to ask for money after we’ve paid over 200 euros for the room. I do NOT recommend!!!!
