We had an incredible stay at Neighborhood Hotel in Grand Beach! The accommodations were exceptional—beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated, making it feel super welcoming.
The service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

What a quaint, perfect stay! I can't say enough good things about this hotel. It is nestled back in a wooded area, very close to the beach, the rooms are very clean, toiletries were on pointe and the level of service was amazing. I was skeptical at first staying at a hotel without a staffed front desk, but I figured the other reviews cannot be wrong. We had a wonderful stay. The staff was attentive to the small issue we had with the battery in our keypad lock - it was remediated within a few hours after a quick text to the contact number. We stayed in Suite 11, it had a balcony overlooking the pool area and the wooded landscape. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to relax and recharge. We had a fantastic stay.
This place is truly amazing and everything my mom and I (+ my dog Agnes) were looking for. About 7 minutes to downtown New Buffalo and very relaxing. The room was so nice and i have never slept so great. I need to know where those pillows came from 🤪
Unfortunately, we had rain every day but our last day and after we checked out they let us stay and enjoy the pool for the day. Pamela was so kind. Checked on us and made us feel right at home! Highly recommend and can’t wait to take another mother/daughter trip there again! 🫶🏼
We went to The Nighborhood with 5 families and 16 kids. It was so fun and so perfect in every way. The kids ranged from 5 to 13 and everyone loved it. Very close to the beach, adorable rooms and awesome common spaces. The pool is a great addition too. The hotel is so clean and the staff are incredibly kind. I recommend this hotel for a fun getaway with your family or with a huge group. Loved it!

What a fantastic find in Grand Beach, Michigan! Our group rented several individual hotel rooms, but thanks to the incredible shared amenities, it felt more like staying in a luxury Airbnb designed specifically for groups. The spacious common areas, fully equipped kitchen, rec room, pool, fire pit, and outdoor gathering spaces made it easy for everyone to spend quality time together while still enjoying the privacy of their own rooms.
The staff was absolutely delightful and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We loved being within walking distance of the beach, and having access to washers and dryers was a huge bonus after long days in the sand and sun. Another convenience we appreciated was the keyless entry system—no keys to keep track of, just simple passcodes for easy access.
What really set this place apart were the thoughtful details. Our favorite surprise was the complete s’mores setup waiting for us, including the roasting sticks! It’s little touches like that that make a stay memorable.
