Renata was amazing. We were in town for a conference and stopped by the casino bar for a drink and a smile and she didn’t disappoint. What a kind, fun sole. As for the rooms, we stayed in the recently remodeled rooms and wow what a difference. Newley remodeled and so cool. Thanks MC team!

This was a great place to stay. Compared to other places we've stayed in Detroit, this was hands down the best! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. It was so nice I wanted to stay longer. We saw a concert at the Masonic Theater and we walked there and back without any issues.
I wanted to take a moment to recognize Brittany at the front desk for the exceptional service she provided during our stay. My wife and I arrived after attending the Detroit Red Wings game. I’ll be completely honest: my expectations weren’t particularly high—not because of anything the hotel had done, but because I was using a gift card voucher that I had won at a golf outing. I simply wasn’t expecting to receive an amazing room or anything beyond the basics. From the moment we arrived, Brittany completely changed that expectation. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. She was professional, personable, and genuinely delightful to work with. Her attitude and willingness to help made a tremendous difference and turned what I expected to be an average stay into a genuinely great experience. If there is any way to make sure Brittany’s leadership or management team receives this feedback, I would strongly encourage it. Employees like Brittany are exactly the kind of people you want on your team. She represents your hotel extremely well and clearly understands the importance of making guests feel valued. Great job, Brittany! Thank you for going above and beyond and making our stay such a positive experience.
I cannot believe how beautiful and clean the hotel room was, we had a beautiful view of the city and the Ambassador Bridge that was breathtaking at night with the lights across the river. The deep, spa tub was a delight with lots of hot water and there were lots of huge, fluffy white towels and super comfy robes, and Starbucks coffee in the room. Valet parking is free - but be kind and tip the valet. We felt entirely safe, pampered, and enjoyed our two night, 3-day stay. We will be back!
We stayed one night for the RUSH concert and our King room suited us well. Walkable distance to Little Caesars Arena (they have a shuttle to it but it didn't run early enough for our plans). This is a nice, upscale property. The room design is a bit dated, however. For instance, there are no convenient outlets for charging your devices; we had to put them on the floor in odd places to reach the plugs. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows thin and not supportive. The room was quiet for sleep and the AC worked well. The front desk staff were some of the nicest and most helpful I've ever encountered! They really have a great attitude and it elevated check-in and check-out.
